As for Mason having a season like ben in his rookie season I don't see that happening.During that time the steelers had a stout D, had hines, Plaxico, and Antwanne Randel El to throw to.And a Big Bus to run tha ball.Mason is pretty much playing with a 3rd string squad in comparison.

 

Gotta keep the bettors happy, while pretending not to support them betting.

Correct. That's what it's all about. I don't know how Tomlin thought he could keep this under wraps if he did indeed know that Ben was injured.

 

Like I said speculating, Jake Del Homme said he had a similar injury to Ben's and he recovered in 6 months. Fans are in a rush to make judgments

Look at the list of FA's the Steelers have next year. Some are not worth a look, a couple maybe worth signing, but the holes we have are going to get a lot bigger. With little depth at a lot of positions, this team needs some high picks. That said, they have not hit on high picks lately. lol

Yep, I've had this exact same surgery. Took about a year to get to 99%. And I apparently was ahead of the curve in terms of getting my strength back. It left a nice scar too.
