Then why have him at the facility if you weren’t kicking the tires?

    @%#!

Should have flown him in for dinner last night and made Moncrete pick up the check.

So you can just go visit the Steelers facility when ever you want?

I bet if I show up I'd be asked to leave.

You never know. Can you play corner or catch a ball?

Maybe Eli has demands that exceed his perceived value.

They tried him out, but it turned out Hodges was the better back up QB at this point.

No but I can work the corner and use my hands for more than catching.

You guys realize you are clamoring for and pining your hopes on the guy who kicked his own foot and knocked himself out of the starting lineup. I'm not sure what type of savior you think he will be. If Juju really was getting open due to dbl coverage of Brown , I'd imagine Eli Rogers was getting open even more because of those two.

Eli could be a decent 4th or 5th WR on the team, sit Moncrief down for now, he's hurting the team.

He is simply more of the same. A small WR. I like Eli... but not interested at all.

Of the guys on the street. I bring in Terrell Pryor. 6'4" 230lbs.. can still run like the wind and jump out of the stadium. Even if her drops as many as Moncrief....He can be the emergency 3rd QB a well

    Hack

Word is that they tried this, but Concrete kept dropping the pen when they brought the bill for him to sign.

Sorry thorn I have to disagree. Last year Rogers missed 11 months and when he finally got back he was already our best slot only WR. He immediately became a better target than Switzer last year and he would do the same this year. Switzers advantage was STs and now he’s not even doing that.

Are you surprised by the lack of change? This is the same staff that kept Jacoby Jones when he was clearly still playing for the Ravens.

They must know something we don't about Eli, yeah I'm surprised, they have two WRs who are contributing nothing in Switzer and Moncrief.
