If I were a betting man!

Here in NE Ohio, there is a sickness going around that has about 60% of the people believing the Browns will win the division and sweep the Steelers.

I am going to track this because I am not willing to bet (with a bookie) on NFL football but if I did, here is what I would bet.

I'd bet $100 on the Browns opponent (with the spread) every week for the first six weeks. My theory? There is so much hype about the Browns that their point spreads are going to be unrealistically in favor of the Browns until the Browns show that they are still the Browns.

So this week I would take the Titans and the 5 1/2 points.

 

So tired hearing about Baker Mayflower and Odell Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich.

 

Awesome. All I ask is that with your windfall, you fly all of us out to NB to catch the last remnants of the next North American solar eclipse in April 2024 as it blazes a trail from Mexico diagonally up through New Brunswick. We'll even fly Coach so you have enough leftover cash to entertain and feed us during our stay. What are friends for, right? (You may have to up your bet to $2k instead, just to be safe.)

 

The Titans are baaaaad though. I think the Browns cover that spread pretty easily.

 

I too put money on them. I also am sure I'll win my over/under bet I put on the Pirates back in April. Them boy's ain't winning 76 games.

 

The Browns are a poor tackling team though and they are going to get a whole lot of Derrick Henry ramming the ball down their throats.

 

I'll be betting on 3 games a week this season and the Brown/Titan game is way to scary.

 

You pegged that on the head. If I wasn’t so traumatized from the Rivers, I would of bet on Tennessee and they suck
