    The chicken turned out great Mac, dry brining definitely was the way to go so tender and juicy. I got a late start on the ribs so I had to pull them out early very good flavor but another hour or so and they would have fell right off the bone.

    Sounds good. Glad the chicken stayed juicy. It's sometimes hard to smoke things long enough and keep it juicy. Old and lump charcoal anyway. You really have to keep an eye on things. Depending on your setup.:smiley1::cool:
