Whats up with Wednesaday Night Football?

Are we going to start seeing the NFL 7 days a week now or is it because of the Dope iN Charge Convention might have it's thunder (pun intended) stolen?

If that convention were in Heinz Field would they have to move it to the old Stanly Theater due to demand? er' I mean weather.

The first week of the season is really the only week you could do something earlier than Thursday - which, in my opinion is too early. The only way you could have other mid-week games would be to ONLY match up opponents who are coming off of a bye week.

 

you better get used to....as you call our president ..dope in charge.. because he will be there for 4 more years trying to fix the bush years.... dont know about you but my retirement account regained about 70% of the bush years losses...
maybe romeny should have bought the browns and that way a loser could own a loser...

Thank You! I pay attention to politics like it's the Steelers, but I don't see the need to mix them here especially when it always gets ugly with cheap shot snarky comments and rarely rational dialog and debate. I wish there was a forum like that.

So, TTF, what your trying to say is even if I'm on here pushing Harrison for President you wont allow it? I really think that he would do a good job and I'm willing to bet Congress wouldn't argue with him in fear that he will follow them home and sack their family. well, to bring this back to a Steelers-related thread: Dan Rooney was on record as saying he'd like to help campaign for a second Obama term but has instead decided focus his attention on his ambassadorship to Ireland. Just an interesting side note.

 

I do have an "I Like IKE" button in yellow. I got it off a sailor on the Eisenhower. They have a uniform exception that allows them to wear it with their uniforms. I think it's cool as hell, but I've met a lot on there that don't like it.
