I heard on Vinnie and Cook that Hoke had a big announcement to give at halfime. I didn't catch the game. What was the announcement?

I heard he was announcing the formation of the new Steeler's cheerleading troupe, the Hokie Pokies, under his captaincy. They will be wearing block numbers, and paint the endzone specially for any performance.

He's going to be working on two shows on KDKA and CW this fall.

Saw the game on the net. Can't understand why they kept calling him hokie pokie. It was funny the first 2 or 3 times then it was stupid. Was it just me or did he speak awfully fast when he was in the booth?

I gotta admit I always had a bit of a 'thing' for Kristine Sorenson.

I saw him @ training camp In August. Man these guys take it off fast

I hate the nick name; sounds so stupid for a football player kinda like a playground joke among little kids. Way over done also.

I have noticed for years when players retire, especially lineman
that they shrink about 40lbs, My question is how do they maintain there playing weight?
I am not up on all the supplements and things that these premier athletes take, but the weight training and
diet must be real important. How many calories would these large men have to consume
in a days time to play @ lets say 315. I would be interested to know from a nutrionist or somebody
way smarter than me, that would set up a plan for these men. What would there daily food intake (diet)
    of food consist of?
