I'm cooking that fish Nashville threw on the ice a few years back when PENS won cup.

Actually game too late to eat so it will be popcorn and beer. Looking forward to seeing Ben under center.

Pre game meal is a nice thick porterhouse, seasoned just right with salt and course black pepper grilled mid rare. Baked potato with of course butter, sour cream and chives. Steamed broccoli tossed in garlic and olive oil. Some bottles of Lord Chesterfield. Boom.

Then let it settle to watch some #1's tune up and really just hope for no major injuries.

Yogurt lots and lots of yogurt. Bad case of gastrointeritus running through the house. Figures last week before school starts and the kids are sick.

Have not decided. I am too indecisive about pre game food. Too many options!!

    Chile rellenos

This meal takes me 6 months to make because I start by planting the seeds for the best poblanos in February. Peppers just got ready today. I’m roasting them now.

I'll be on a damn cruise, so I don't know what will be on the menu. Either way, I won't have to cook it this time.

I had my game day meal 2 days ago up at Big Bear Lake before a concert: A Black Tower Cheeseburger at Whiskey Dave's - a half pound Angus burger (med rare) with extra sharp cheddar, applewood smoked bacon, topped with a fried egg on a crusty bun all washed down with a couple Saffire and Tonics. Don't worry, I had Roto-Rooter on speed dial to clean out my arteries. Just a big Chef's Salad for tonight as my cholesterol level comes back into focus.

Nope. I can make good Chinese food, but I usually do takeout. It’s a lot of work
