Of this group, and any others that you can think of, which are Hall-of-Fame worthy?

    Mike Tomlin
    Bill Cowher
    Tom Coughlin
    John Harbaugh
    Mike McCarthy
    Sean Payton
    Pete Carroll
    Mike Holmgren

Coughlin the only one of those listed to have won more than one Super Bowl.

MAYBE Holmgren. He did take 2 different teams to the SB. Other than him, Don Coryell!

Does Andy Reid warrant consideration? He'll have 200 wins but 0 Super Bowl victories and only 1 Super Bowl appearance thus far.

I'd set the bar at 2 SB wins minimum - that would mean Coughlin and BB. Too many 1 win guys. Collectively though the Steelers HC's since 1970 should qualify as a group - don't the Steeler's still have the winningest % since the merger?

I believe so yes. Tom Flores is a two-win Super Bowl coach by the way with barely a career coaching record above .500. 105-90 career including post season. 8-3 in post season which is impressive.

Tom Flores is still not in so I will have to say none of the above.

I expect his list didn't include mortal locks for first round inclusion.

Shell should be in already, 51 career ints and 4 SB wins, on the GOAT defense.

His name isn't mentioned nearly enough, Andy Russell, 7x Pro Bowler.

I think it is a shame they do not consider O and D coordinators. How many guys just were not good HC material, but for years and years their schemes lead the league (or near the top). Not talking run of the mill coaches, but innovators who changed the game and made other teams adjust year in and out. I know Lebeau got in several years ago as a player, but certainly should have received consideration for the way his defenses changed the game. I know that list would be few, but certainly there are some worthy candidates.
