I thought he has had more than seven incidents with the law, including one last summer, yet nothing from the NFL and Roger Gotohell? Thoughts???

I'm glad he's playing against us but Roger does seem very selective to whom gets punished and by how much. He makes up the rules as he goes. Sounds very much like 1600 Pennsylvania Ave to me.

Selective punishment. Apparently he doesn't have a National following so he's exempt from being suspended on arrests or allegations.

It just frustrates me that there are different standards for different teams and players. Having said that, I would rather beat a team's best players than having them miss due to suspension. However, it just makes me mad that we can be suspended for games without being charged with a crime. However, a guy gets arrested eight times and NOTHING but crickets....

Once again I will repeat what I have said again before on here before.... The Rooneys were much more involved in Ben's punishment and wake up call then we will ever know. I do wonder if "Roger Go-to-hell is just a puppet that abides by the owners wishes.

I'd be more inclined to agree if they hadn't come out over Harrison's fines as harsh as they did.

I don't want to seem like a conspiracy nut(which I kind of am anyway) lol. But you do always see suspensions being lifted and reduced for many other players. I have seen performance enhancing violations reduced as well but what about Wesley Saunders, Oh I forgot he plays for the Steelers. :bscow: Let's hope for a nice injury free game tonite. :yeehaw:

Now would Dan Rooney approve of this kind of talk? Oh you mean the president that won by a landslide? And
who is also going to be reelected by a landslide? That 1600 Pa Avenue one?

Sort of like paying 13 % income taxes on a 20 million dollar income, while I make 50 K and pay 15%,
does this sound fair to you? What does Warren Buffet say?

Ben's suspension was reduced and he didn't even have to appeal it. Just sayin'.
