Lucky the Falcons already have some stud Wr's because it looks like he's auditioning for another team. Those aren't Steelers colors.

But didn't he leave Ole Miss after 1 or 2 years? That was him right?

Nah, that was Keenan Lewis, his friend. I think he started out with Mike but wasn't going to see the playing time he thought he would, or something like that. So he transferred to Oregon State. Not positive about that story, but that's how I think it went.

I was thinking Heat, but you're probably right about the Ole Miss colors.
No, he was there at least three. I think I remember reading he sat out his first year though.

I guess I could just as easily checked it out, but I thought it was the other way around. No biggie anyway. I just feel like he wants off this team though. I'm not confident that even if we sign him or he comes in for just this year we get 100% of his effort even if he's playing for a big contract.

I (still) like him (for some reason), but I'm just disappointed with him. I know being offered a bit less than you THINK you are worth and a few million of a few million and all but if you've been offered 50M I just don't see that as something to dicker around about. Not many people in this world get that chance. I hope he gets ecatly what he's worth and plays his ass off.

Its funny how he shows up after Pitts just destroyed Buffalo, if it was another close game where the offense was struggling he'd still be sitting at home. Now that the O is starting to look good without him, he shows up. " it's like Oh s_ _ _t! I better get up there before they begin to realize they can score without me!" he looks like a punk I don't see him hanging around for much longer, he belongs on Dallas with the rest of the A-holes

Reports have been circulating for weeks that he'd be signing now, had nothing to do with the Bills game.

Didn't our starters only have like one good drive?

The first TD was set up by a turnover. They only went like 17 yards or something.

:lolol: Not to mention the giant silhouette of a basketball player on his chest.

They should! The other day I saw Keisel wearing a brown tie, so I don't like him anymore, and I just realized Alan Faneca has red hair, so I burned his jersey. And another thing, all our white players should have to wear blackface for home games, and our black players should wear whiteface, if that exists, for away games! It's called loyalty! Look it up!

ya true they did look a bit weak, at the beginning of the game nobody could catch the ball!!!,,,,,,but the 2nd unit moved the ball much better ..Wallace knew this would happen so he's starting to get worried that one of the receivers on the 2nd unit will take his place. This is why he chose this week to show up. It takes the 3rd game to get the 2nd unit receivers going. So now all of the attention is back onto him.

Usually I can read sarcasm pretty well, but I honestly have no idea with this one. Are you kidding? You just helped me prove my point. The first unit (without him) struggled, and you even pointed out the multiple dropped passes from other receivers (without him), including two from Brown.

Wallace's timing had everything to do with showing up as early as humanly possible without having to play a preseason game, and that's it. He signed on the first day that would guarantee he couldn't play in our last preseason game.

I'm just messing around lol I'm glad he's back only because he's going to open things up for Brown and Haley's favourite player Heeeeeath!!! If Sanders can stay healthy it'll be his break out season since Wallace and Brown will take on most of the heat.

So, can anybody explain to me what Wallace accomplished by holding out? I can't think of anything besides he pissed off a whole lot of people.

Seems like the only people he pissed off were fans. His teammates all seem to understand it is a business and some of them may wish they could have missed it as well. I think it is time we all forgive and rally behind the guy to go out there and have a monster season. :swordsman:
