If they haven't already, which they should have. We will have our
work cut out for us in this home opener environment. Sort of like Baltimore
last year, we all remember how that went, Don't We? Oh boy Yikes.

I think they are getting ready. But, I wouldn't be suprised if we didn't win week #1. You know Manning is going to go out and try to prove something. Plus we will be minus Ryan Clark, and we never seem to play well out there (Denver) for some odd reason. It's a tough game to start the year and in Prime time.

I am typically a really optimistic person, but I agree with you....my sister has Manning in her fantasy league and I actually told her to start him.... :o

no worries. AB should thrive in the thin air. he should be able to run higher and jump faster in his red ball jets. :-(

Manning has struggled the last three seasons he started at the begining of the year plus he hasnt had live bullets flying at him.

i hate to agree but i dont like our chances.. without ryan we are a differnet team.. troy plays different without his "robin" to his batman... and if tebow made us look bad what will peyton look like. denver looked really good yesterday...
does it seem like we ALWAYS play denver in denver.. i mean how many time in a row have we played there now? and how many games has ryan missed because of it .. got to be 3 or 4 now ...then add in the one he played and lost his spleen... bring the broncos ot the burg for once..

tebow was last year. big difference this year. we should be healthier this time around. that game could have went the otherway too last year. we will see how peyton does outside of his dome when it gets cold in denver. this isn't the same peyton with all his familiar colts receivers either, it's new to him also.

all im saying is peyton and the first team broncos looked good yesterday... 10 for 12... 2 YDS.. we are healthier than last year? maybe.. but im sure they are too as its the first game.. and still we have no ryan clark and to me thats hugeeeeeeeeee.... had we had ryan for that game last year.. we flat out win.. we play in any city in the US but denver we win that game last year.. with ryan .. troy plays totally different.. people blame ike for the loss and sure he helped.. but to me the major factor was ryan couldnt play... our sure dont see our D any better than last season at playoff time.. and i sure see an average day for manning better than an average day for tebow... IF i had to bet the game.. right now.. today .. i take denver as the pick em bet

While this may well be true, it won't have an effect on the Steeler's game.

We shall see. Tebow wouldn't have been able to burn us if the offense had scored some points early when they had the chance. This one will be about how well Ben does.

I think will be better than alot of are giving him credit for right now. But I also believe this D is going to be going after him hard. Our O should be Should be much improved over last year also. It's not going to be easy by any means. I think it will be a close game, but in the end the good duys will win. Hopefully the D gets to peyton enough that he starts to worry about whats coming from where and starts screwing it up!!!! :herewego:

Agreed. Those two opening big drives that resulted in field goals were the killers. Needed at least one TD there to keep the pressure on Denver.

He played pretty damn well against the 49ers, and they weren't exactly pulling their punches.

Lets see no Ryan Clark, James Harrison at 50% maybe? Frenzied crowd home opener
possibly the best QB to ever play the game. A terrible OL. Yea I would say we have some problems.
