Great way to start the season. I though the NFL would schedule the Steelers at Patriots for December as it has been the past couple of years.

The Bears host the Packers for the season kick off game on Thursday, instead of the reigning Super Bowl champs.

Hello Mr. 0 and 1 always good to see you. Pats get to beat up on little brother to open the season.

I personally think if your going to beat the Pats in Foxboro, usually the start of season is a good time. Chiefs did it a couple years ago.

Patriots get a Week 10 bye. They always seem to get a mid / late season week off.

I didn't like it when I first saw it but now I think it's better to get that loss outta the way as early as possible

At New England? Well they start off slow and so do we. We are good in prime time games too.

I thought the Super Bowl winner always check the season off on Thursday night?

This year because it's the NFL 100th anniversary, they are having GB-Chi as the first Thursday night game, as they are the oldest franchises.

Being in a perpetually lousy division, Belichick seems to use the early regular season as sort of an extended preseason. That could be a good thing.
