Anybody attending the draft in person?

I am about a 9 hour drive from Nashville,I inquired about hotel rooms for the weekend about a month ago. 200 dollar rooms have gone to 800 for this weekend. Even outside the Central Downtown area rooms have skyrocketed.Knocked me right out of my hopes in attending.

 

Nashville is a pricey place anyway from what I've heard. I'm sure everything has quadrupled. I just drove to CO today for a job so its not in the cards for me this year. I'd like to make once though.

 

I am gonna go for day 1 I think. just about a 3 hr drive and I have a buddy who lives down there. I checked on rooms and yes. they are outrageous. check outside Nashville. like Hendersonville and Lebanon. its not a bad drive in.

 

It is on my bucket list. If and when it comes to PGH I will be there.

 

I would rather watch it on tv, I can change channels, get on my computer, and most important no lines for the bathroom .
