    Zero.

Don't buy Jerseys or other paraphernalia and watch games on my couch.

I usually go to one game per year with friends, usually in for at least $600 after a couple nights stay, booze, food, gas, merchandise and Blushes.

I buy the cheap jerseys where the money doesn't go to feed the beast though

I have one jersey, Woodsons. I'm thinking about adding JuJu's this year. We'll see. I definitely don't break the bank on football though. Which is actually great considering how passionate I am about the Steelers.

    I spend zero, I don't buy jersey's anymore, and I don't go to games.

Football is so much better on TV... The few times I have had tickets to go I just hung out and tailgated and then went to sportsbar.......... being in the stadium in any sport other than hockey is not for me......

It could be worse you could have 4 seats like me. Plus I pay for playoffs upfront.
But, it was a life long dream since I was a teenager to be a a Steelers season ticket holder.
I'm lucky enough to be able to afford to do so, if I wasn't I would have never taken it on.
My wife will usually join me for the 1pm or 4 pm games. She won't do a late game.
We live 90 minutes away, so it's not terrible. But she doesn't like getting home at 1:30-2:00am and going to work the next day.
Usually for the late games I take friends who are fellow Steelers fans.

Between tailgating and hanging out with 65,000 plus of your fellow Steelers and NFL fans. There is no replicating it on TV.
Even though yes it's better viewing experience to probably watch on TV.

To each his own, but you miss a lot on tv that you do not miss when you are at the game.

Well Blast, you're certainly getting your money's worth in recent years. I pony up for Sunday Ticket each year and the occasional Left Coast game. The irony is that the worse they do, the more I get my money's worth because they're televised fewer times on National Broadcasts or local TV and in turn broadcasted only on the DTV channels.

I know people who live in California and fly out for every Steelers home game almost. They will probably make 6 out of 8 regular season games.

I lived in Chicago for 5 years and came back for about half of them. I’m not sure that counts though since I was coming back to see family.

It is getting more difficult for a working class stiff like myself
to afford to go to games anymore. It can be a whole lot of people's entertainment
budget for the month. When I was younger, I attended more games in any weather.
Now I am a little more choosey. Like above 50 degrees and 1pm games.

Just sent them $5,800 of this Tuesday. Between this and paying my taxes, this is a bad time for cash flow. :ACK!:

Missed this somehow. Actually I have DTV too but I'd have that regardless. When the Steelers aren't on I scroll through until I find a game I like. I just love football although it's definitely not the game it once was.

I also play fantasy football so thats added incentive to be able to tune into any game.
