Saw it as I scrolled through the channels and decided I'd rather watch "do you poop enough?"

I had those guys from Men in Black brain flash me, so I don't ever have to remember that game.

I saw that yesterday and just kept scrolling past. No way I wanted to relive that debacle.

Tebow game debacle pales in comparison to the January '95 AFC Championship game vs. Chargers. It's been 24 years and I'm still pissed off. The anger and sadness will never subside.

That game was humiliating. Losing to garbage. No desire to ever see that again. I seem to remember we were ok but not great that year, so was not the worst knowing a SB was unlikely.

No way...that Chargers team had some good players and beat a lot of good teams that year on their way to beating a one dimensional Steelers offense.

... and the Steelers were highly overrated and injured going into the Tebow game. The '11 team was going nowhere. The '94 team was Super Bowl caliber.

Who were these good players? Seau? not quite there. Natrone Means and his one good season? Certainly not Stan Humphries. Steelers stepped on their collective d...s in that game and should have won handily! The only saving grace was, IMO,we wouldn't have beaten the 9ers in that SB.

The Steelers had the number 1 overall defense going into that game while allowing the fewest passing yards, then Tebow shredded them. Arguably, Ike Taylors worst game. Without Ryan Clark, Demarious Thomas owned him from beginning to end.

The 94 loss to the Chargers was terribly bad but losing to noodle arm Tebow was humiliating.

This game was the beginning of the end of a once great Defense. And it has just gotten worse since.

The Chargers game was at home, was for the AFC title and the Steelers had a 10pt lead with a running game and a top D to protect it, and they didn't. And they had a chance to win in the last minute and they didn't. That's what makes the Chargers a bigger deal to me.

The '94 Chargers were a far better team that the '11 Broncos. But the '94 Steelers were far better than the '11 team too. They were in Denver, away games there are always tough. The played from behind nearly the whole game. It was frustrating because they came back and lost on the first play of OT. But not nearly as deflating a loss. At least for me.

Did Ike Taylor narrate it? After all he crapped all over the field chasing Demarious Thomas all game right up until that final play.

Steelers weren't beating the 9ers that year had they got the chance. They weren't supposed to beat the boys the following year but gave it a good heave ho sans the one who shall rename nameless's bonehead throws. Who knows, maybe they shock the world against young and the 9ers but I doubt it.

Fast forward, Lebeau didn't adjust and maybe felt he couldn't without Ryan there in Denver, but his scheme made the D one dimensional regardless of who is throwing the ball Tbow or other wise... All them mofos can take what they're given at that stage.

Would've been tough sledding against New England the following week, but I like their chances better at that time to win out vs 95 against the 9ers for all the marbles.

Awful loss that ranked up there with the 77 playoff loss to the Broncos, maybe worse.... Something about Mile High.
