They really dont need any major defensive upgrades. All their problems is on offense.

It was always about the money, he probably went to the Steelers looking to redo his deal, and they told him hell no, that's why he's acting out.

They just lost a pro bowl safety and Malik Jackson.

They are getting bing 3 pts & 30 yards more per game. Their defense regressed and they have upcoming rookie fa to worry about.

Their defense is their strength and regressing. They need to maintain that. Their one issue is qb, bortles is a 1/5 as good Ben and only because he looks like him. Getting a wr that would cost them more than their qb is a horrible idea. Especially with their bad locker room issues

Gipson wasnt playing at a pro bowl level any longer plus it's better options out there than him. Both earl Thomas or the honey badger would be significant upgrades over gipson. And they cut Jackson and gipson. Wasnt like they were free agents who left. Their defense played good until they just completely lost heart due to the terrible qb play. I believe with a at least competent offense they will be fine. They still have Ramsey, Calais, bouye, Myles Jack, ngkowue or however his name is spelled, etc.. they need playmakers on the outside and a qb

I would be fine it we didn't trade him, and if we didn't give him a helmet on Sundays. Let him sit at home for all I care.

    Disagree on this.

If this were not the case, Taven Bryan should not be a Jaguar. For that matter, Will Hernandez should be. That defensive line is regressing as you said. However, it is also a huge cap hit as well. Malik Jackson was a cap causality. Calais possibly has two more good seasons left in him but Taven Bryan and Yannick Ngakoue are the future there.

If anything and, should he fall that far, I will not be surprised in Jacksonville taking Ed Oliver in the draft. If people thought the 2017 Jacksonville Jaguars were bad, assuming all are healthy, imagine a 2019 squad featuring the likes of Bryan, Ngakoue, Oliver and Dareus? That is an issue for the entire AFC and nevermind the division. Foles is a capable NFL Quarterback who can get the job done.

So what did the Steelers get???

This is funny to me though, don't pay Mack but pay a 31 year old diva punk :lolol:

But hey, thankful for the Raiders. First Bryant and now AB :drinks:

His talent is totally worth a first rd pick. He's just an ******* that drove his trade value down.

First take is a 3rd and a 5th. Solid. The Raiders will be hating this move in about 8 months.

So we lose bell and ab for a grand total of a 3rd and 5th round pick lol.. Fanf***ingtastic.. Might as well just give him to the bills for a 5th that way he can at least rot in Buffalo

Not at his age. If he was 28 than yes. But only way he was worth a first rounder like I said from the start is if a team feels like hes one piece away. Hes not worth a first for a team in rebuild as he probably wouldnt be around long enough to see the rebuild at his age. Cooper was 24.. if Dallas was in full rebuild he could have saw the end of the rebuild and still been elite.

Wrong. He ruined his trade value, only reason they didn't get a first.

Show me a wr in NFL history that at 31 someone got a first round pick for. It's not all about talent it's about value.

Im underwhelmed, but this seems to be a deep draft, who knows?

If Cooper was worth a first, AB is worth two # 1’s, that’s how I see it.
