    DeCastro down...Jeez.

    When I played in high school, our coach used to say, "Poor form is what leads to injuries."

    I don't know how true this really is, but sure seems as though members of the the Steelers' o-line go down regularly. And I'm starting to think it all has to do with how they're coached. We didn't have this issue with Cowher. We have had this problem regularly with Tomlin-- NOT saying this is his fault. But there just seems to be something awry in the way the line is going about things, leading to all kinds of leg injuries.

    Yeah, they said Red was shaken up on that play, but he wasn't the one down. I think it was Pouncey. Anyway, my guess is that DeCastro got a bad sprain at first glance. Hopefully, it's nothing worse. :praying:
