maybe we should be looking for a coaching staff that can at least make use of the talent we have on this team. That can at least beat a team like the Raiders. I'm just frustrated with the whole thing right now

If he did that was bad but maybe he learned from that moment. Ben at the end of his career is STILL calling people out.

I see that. I see in his YOUNGER days he did this. I'm sure once the coaches and veterans talked to him he stopped that as you heard none of this as he got older. And older, veteran, and already to not to do so Ben is STILL DOING IT.

The point is Manning did call out team mates. He wasn't all that young, he had to be 5 or 6 seasons in when he threw his 'liquored up kicker' under the bus.

5 season's compared to Ben with over a decade of experience? And like I said he didnt continue it throught his career. Ben is still doing it.

I wasn't defending Ben, I never mentioned him in my post.
You stated that you didn't recall Manning ever calling anyone out, so I posted an example. That's all.

I didn't recall that. It wasn't widely reported, none of any peyton's former teamates from what i remember called him a bad leader or teammate, peyton never had a falling out with any of his teamates from what I remember. Both Wayne and Harrison stayed in indy their whole careers. Sanders and demaryius said nothin bad about him. Etc..

And did he call the kicker out for being drunk or did he call him out for missing field goals?

It was at the time. Was all over talk radio and the shows.

And as someone else pointed out, he called his kicker out too.

It happens, these guys talk to the media all the time, not always going to say the right things. Personally, I think too big a deal is made about what they say.

I heard the sound of the kicker but it didnt sound like he called him out for missing kicks. He called him out for his behavior. He didnt say the kicker ran the wrong route so that's why I threw a pick. He didnt say i should have thrown to x more times than z.

What a lazy ass article. Would be nice if he had given the quotes so the reader could have some context. As it is, he just comes across as another Ben detractor. The only one I was familiar with without seeing it was the Washington quote.

I love how I keep reading there is no defending Antonio Brown BUT...

    And furthermore...

I've read interviews from Ben (would have to dig it up) where he didn't blame anyone but himself for his INTs, and goes on to say he doesn't care about them. So not sure what this "journalist" was getting at.

Ummm......all of the highlights are links to the articles and quotes. Now is he lazy or just another Ben detractor or both? ....;)

I was pressed for time and didn’t realize those were links but yes, it’s still lazy and a bs way to get clicks on those other stories. I shouldn’t have to go hunting for the quotes, put them in your damn article.

As I suspected, those quotes were benign, taller receiver? Really? Boo-freaking-who. Bunch of sensitive blubber babies.
