Where do you see everyone finishing in our division next season? Right now, I'd say

    1. Baltimore
    (top 2 could flip)
    2. Cleveland

    3. Pittsburgh (hopefully)

    4. Cincinnati

    .......and does Ben retire?

I think it's way too early to be making predictions for next year. Free Agency and the draft play huge into this.

Look at the Browns, they go 1-32 over two years, on the verge of being a playoff team in one season.

    A lot comes into play.

Steelers will now play a 2nd place schedule. Which means no KC. no Texans. I think we play the entire AFC East next year.

So we will get the Patriots again.

So other AFC teams will be the Chargers and Colts, AFC North x2, AFC East, NFC West (I think next year)

KC or SD - no real difference there. Both finished with the same record.

Colts are better than Houston IMO.

The Ravens get NE in Baltimore, Steelers go to NE.

So is the 1st place or 2nd place schedule really any different or better?

A lot of people preseason picked the browns to vastly improve. Baker is that special.

I think the browns and ravens will fight for #1 in the division. Bengals may be the worst team in the nfl next year. They need to rebuild.

AFC east I think the jets have a really good shot but are still a year away. If they somehow got jim Harbaugh I might would pick them to win it but gotta roll with NE but I think that would be their last ride.

AFC west Chiefs. Patrick mahomes. Nuff said.

Afc south I like the colts. I think Houston will be in the mix as well it will be sorta like the chiefs and chargers of this yr two elite teams in one division.

The Pats in NE vs at home make the 2nd place schedule FAR more difficult. As we just saw, 1 game (or 1/2 a game) can flip the division.

As I said earlier this year - the best thing about the Steelers - you can make some serious money betting against them in the long run (you know Tomlin will always blow it in the end).

From what I've seen this year ... with an upgrade of a couple positions. We can be dominant again. We had the division and gave it away. Ben, has too many weapons and too many years under his belt .. to struggle like he does.

As long as we stay healthy we will be in the thick of things with Ben but the time of our dominance in the AFC North is coming to an end. Browns are on to something let's see if they know what to do with it.

It wasn't long ago we missed the playoffs and seemed to be looking up at both Baltimore and Cincy trending in positive directions. Then Flacco took all the money after winning the SB and watched the talent that got him there leave while the Bengals just bungholed everything and we found ourselves back at the top with a questionable D that failed us the past few years we made it to the dance.
The Browns could certainly make things interesting at least for the next few years before all those top picks are looking for big $$. Mayfield could be a guy that keeps them fighting for the division in years to come...I'm not as convinced with Jackson. Who knows with the Bengals.
As we have seen this year across the league, anything can happen and the parity they have tried to create seems to be working.
Trying to predict any of this now is like predicting winning lotto numbers. A fun exercise for discussion I suppose, but so much can change any teams season.

If we can even patch the defense, we will be a 10+ win team. The offense is so damn good.

It’s not as if Pittsburgh got destroyed and were awful this year.

Is the following what you are referring to?

Now that most of the notable free agents have been signed and the 2018 NFL Draft is in the rearview, it’s time to start looking ahead to the 2018 NFL season. The win totals for each franchise have been recently adjusted, giving a glimpse at how Vegas currently believes every team will fare during the upcoming campaign. See the table below for the latest 2018 win projections for every NFL team:

If you had played your favorite teams to go over the projected total you
    would have

    Team------------- Total
New England Patriots 11.5 -116 -114 LOST [the miami thing and the Steelers did them in] Bet their
supporters are pissed. Heh Heh! Love it.

Pittsburgh Steelers 10.5 -114 -116 LOST Something did them in? Guess? btw:
I'm a fan of Butler. One of not many it seems. Puzzling, considering the D is ranked higher
than at least 2/3 of the PO teams and for sure 3 of the top 2 seeds in each conf.

    Philadelphia Eagles 10 -125 -105 LOST
    Minnesota Vikings 10 -125 -105 LOST
    Green Bay Packers 10 +100 -135 LOST
    New Orleans Saints 9.5 -135 +105 WON
    Oakland Raiders 9.5 -130 +100 Under----LOST
    Atlanta Falcons 9.5 -118 -112 Under----LOST
    LTW:s Rams 9 -135 +105 WON
    Los Angeles Chargers 9 -130 +100 WON
    Houston Texans 9 -115 -115 Under-----WON
    Seattle Seahawks 9 -105 -125 WON
    San Francisco 49ers 8.5 -110 -120 LOST
    Baltimore Ravens 8.5 +100 -130 WON
    Tennessee Titans 8.5 +110 -140 WON
    Carolina Panthers 8 -140 +110 LOST
    Dallas Cowboys 8 -135 +105 Over------WON
    Jacksonville Jaguars 8 -125 -105 LOST
    Kansas City Chiefs 8 -105 -125 WON
    Tampa Bay Buccaneers 7.5 -130 +100 LOST
    Indianapolis Colts 7.5 -115 -115 WON
    Denver Broncos 7.5 +110 -140 Under---LOST
    Miami Dolphins 7 -130 +100 Under----TIE
    New York Giants 7 +100 -130 Over-----LOST
    Washington Redskins 6.5 -140 +110 WON
    Detroit Lions 6.5 -140 +110 Over-----LOST
    New York Jets 6.5 -116 -114 Under----LOST
    Buffalo Bills 6 +100 -130 Over------TIE
    Chicago Bears 5.5 -140 +110 Under-----WON
    Arizona Cardinals 5.5 -110 -120 LOST
    Cincinnati Bengals 5 +110 -140 WON
    Cleveland Browns 5 +110 -140 WON

Most of the top teams lost. For some reason? I don't usually do this prop. Probably will next year. Hope they are just as generous as this year.

The thing I hate about this is how the Ravens are perennial overachievers and we are perennial underachievers (because of coaching). The Ravens have 7-8 win talent and won 10 games. We have 11-12 win talent and won 9. It’s sickening.

This is how I see it

    Pitt/Balt- 10-6 or 9-7
    Cleve- 9-7 or 8-8
    Cincy- 3-13

I think the Browns will be a lot better, but there will be expectations this year unlike years past. Baltimore will again field a weak roster and win 9 or 10 games. If we add a legit CB or ILB, there’s no reason why we shouldn’t win 11-12 games. Who knows with Tomlin tho.
