While not a rookie, Eli justified his presence on the team. Maybe even gave Washington a little incentive to play harder.

It was nice to see everyone pitch in to some degree.

I was hoping Washington would come thru with AB and JuJu doubled team most of the night.

And he did, Ben should look for him more often now and not force it into AB and JuJu. This could really help in the next games.

While, not a rookie (he just plays like one), Artie Burns did his part!

    Good job, Samuels!

So the 2018 draft class might not be as bad as we thought. Samuels looks legit. Steelers may not have to draft a RB next year, if Samuels keeps up the good play. I can see Conner and Samuels being the best 1-2 since Parker-Bettis.

Samuels was the star of the game, he had 142 yards on only 19 carries and 30 yards on two receptions 172 yards from scrimmage, my only question is why wasnt he featured in the raider game??

I think it was good that the Steelers offense took what they gave them. They had zero respect for Samuels and they paid the price. Patriots aren't good at stopping the run, Dolphins ran all over them.

Samuels will also be key next week, out of the back field catching the ball and such. He will need another good game, should help will easing Conner back into the game plan. Can't really give a guy with a stiff ankle the ball 25-30 times.

Let Conner completely heal before letting him return. Samuels/Ridley will get us by for another 2 weeks.
