Frank Reich for me. Unsure if the Colts make it to the playoffs but their turnaround is by far the most impressive aspect this season.

From reviving Andrew Luck back into relevancy to making their defense a unit that is under the radar, those are some good points.

Most of all though, to be 8-6 after starting 1-5 is a testament to not just his ability to coach but how he is viewed within the Colts lockeroom. That brings me to a key point:

Reich for me. Doug Pederson suddenly doesn’t look like such a genius since he left Philly either.

Although I still haven't forgiven him for ruining my only playoff game I ever attended at 3 Rivers.

Williams for the Browns. Completely different team since he took over.

I would like to rescind my vote if Reich loses to the Giants. Go Giants!

Nagy by far. Reich did a good job but luck before him was an elite qb. He just wasnt healthy. Trubisky is average and nagy made him look very good and turned the bears completely around. Man did the colts get lucky the last 20 years with two top 5 elite QBs.
