In 2004 in Ben’s rookie year and in 2011 the year the Steelers lost to Tebow in the playoffs. So their only two wins against Brady were 7 years apart. Fast forward to 2018 this year that is another 7 years. So maybe there is something to do that weird stat and it will somehow come into play Sunday that the pattern is they beat Tom Brady every 7 years. 2004,2011, and 2018???? We’ll see just found that stat interesting and people can take it for what it’s worth which might not be much at all.

The Steelers are 3-11 against the pats in the Brady bellidouche era. And one of those wins came against Cassel.. It's a pathetic stat among biblical proportions.. I think u can chalk that up to the Steelers never changing there outdated defensive scheme

Maybe we keep accidentally breaking a mirror after sleepwalking over to look in it...

Does that record still stand for the Steelers beating a 6-0 team one week and a 7-0 team the next week?
Philly then NE I believe it was. Suppose to have been the furthest into a season with 2 unbeaten teams lost to the same team in back to back weeks.

Beat two straight undefeated teams (Pats then Eagles) in 04. But the Pats got revenge when it counted most. Cowher thought everything that worked in the first game would translate into the rematch. It became apparent early on that the Pats had made adjustments. Cowher never countered.

This game will be no different.. Brady will go about his business of exploiting our secondary and Ben will fall behind and try to come back in the 4th but fall short to an turnover

    Those are some embarrassing stats.
No one has done a thing to change it?

I've tried but there are just too many places to hack that store those stats. Kidding aside, we have the potential offense to keep it close but we'll inevitably run some suspect plays that will stall drives and our defense won't be able to stop them.

well i have no confidence that they will beat the Pats this time round. Hope so. Would like to keep it close going into the 4th quarter and give us a chance. Pretty sure Gronk will come up huge against whichever linebacker we single cover him with. Blitz Blitz pressure pressure and hope for the best. I can't see Brady running much. man to man press along with pressure. Burns starts and you can look for him to get toasted early and often

Bellicheat owns Tomlin. To be the man, you gotta beat the man. And I don't see coach cliche having it in him.

Let the dink and dunk begin.Pats will spread Steelers
out and it will be all over because the Steelers coaching staff
has never figured out how to stop it.
