Didn't want to start a whole new thread and this definitely has to do with our chances of beating NE. Does Conner make it back from his high ankle sprain on Sunday?

 

He hasn't practiced yet ,so I doubt it ..Which is definitely a bad thing.

Normally with the way we make our decisions based on practice,I would agree. Except in the article I read Fichtner alluded to the fact that he could still very well play regardless of him practicing or not.

 

Well I certainly hope so but I am not going to hold my breath. Would like to see Ridley play some since NE let him go and he will indeed have a chip.

 

If the OL plays like they did last week we could have Gale Sayers back there and it wouldn't matter but I agree we need Conner to have a chance.

 

yeah they were pretty horrid. I really dont understand how there is such variation and inconsistency game to game.

In all seriousness...A Super Bowl...That would shock me and tell me simething I didn't think he had...The ability to rally a team, make them better, and eliminate the mistakes ( so many ) they have committed...But mostly that would tell me that the team buys into his message and CAN rally behind him...

No way in hell I think it happens...But if it ( I hope it does ) happens...I will give credit where credit is due...

 

Steelers will lose next 2 games and beat the Bengals to save face and salvage a winning season... if you can call an 8-7-1 season a winning season.

I don't think this will be enough to get into the playoffs with the Colts looking more and more likely to get the 6th seed. Ravens end up 9-7 and win the North.

 

Yupp great win although in the first half when eric berry was in they were shutting the chargers down. Once they held him out in the 2nd half their defense looked lost.
