Do we make it far this year?

I remember the game I just forgot we didnt score any tds.

 

If Ben is on top of his game when the playoffs start (and we make them) then we will go deep. If Ben is playing like he has in a lot of the recent playoffs then we won't go deep. It's all about Ben.

 

I'll take kansas city's offense over the rams. I've seen no one slow them down.

 

That wasn't the case last season. Sure, he had a couple of turnovers and one was returned for a score, but he and the offense did more than enough to beat the Jaguars in the playoffs. The defense didn't hold up its end.

 

It’s honestly hard to guess right now. We had two very ugly games against mediocre teams (although good defenses). I have to believe that they can make the super bowl from what I have seen this year, but the mistakes are unreal at times.

This team should be 9-2. We cannot have games like we did against the Broncos/Jags/Browns and expect Ws. We battled with KC and the defense has come a long way.

The real test starts this weekend. If they can take out the chargers, wipe the floor in Oakland, and take one of patriots/saints. Then I will firmly say they will go deep.

 

I could see Saints/Chiefs. As long as it's not the Chargers, I'm okay!............or the Cheatriots...........

Oh, I get the odds... I'm just saying from what we've seen pretty much 100% of the time, a bye is not the best for this squad.

 

Looks like KC's run game just got stuffed. Video of Kareem Hunt kicking a woman back in February just surfaced....

 

Welp...Chiefs biggest playmaker is about to be gone. Hope we can take advantage.

 

I have been a big bedwetter lately but screw it we win the superbowl this year.

 

We'll make the playoffs, but we're not going anywhere......except home after the first game. This is NOT a great team.....you asked us to be honest. IMHO, that's an honest answer. Big Ben has become Bad Ben/Good Ben. As Forrest Gump would say....you never know what you're gonna get. I truly believe the sun is setting on his NFL career.

 

They aren't winning anything without a new head coach.

(That's a joke, I don't know the details beyond a short video clip and what Hunt's friends are claiming).

 

The defense was a mess last year after losing Shazier. Plus, like the Chiefs game this year Ben waited until we got down 21-0 to start playing well. No guarantees but if Ben is at the top of his game we will be a really tough out for any team. If he is not then we can lose to any team.

 

Now that kareem hunt is gone. I like our chances.

 

Ben is not capable of beating great qbacks in a shootout cause he is not a great qback........... case closed

 

If we dont win 3 of these last 5 games we wont be in the playoffs, this team isnt like the other steeler teams in the past who would win out in december and finish strong going into the playoffs, i'm not even very confident they can matchup with the chargers this sunday.....

 

One could argue we havent games this tough down the stretch of the season recently. All these games except maybe oakland are dangerous.

 

The Steelers will have a chance if Ben and the offensive players can stop giving the ball away.

 

We won out in december the last 4 years, and games in December are always tough when playing teams trying to get in the playoffs and playing teams that have nothing to lose wanting to be spoilers, I just dont see this years steelers peaking in december like they have in the past, if they cant show up this month they dont belong in the playoffs is what I'm saying.....

 

That was the case last season. You can't just dismiss turnovers like they don't matter.

 

The Steelers had won 6 straight and we hear nothing from the glass half empty crowd, then they absolutely give away a game against a decent Denver team on the road and all the chicken littles come out in full force. Not only will Pittsburgh beat the Chargers Sunday night they will also win 4 of 5 and get the 2nd seed in the playoffs.
