I hate to say it my fellow die hard Steeler fans, but this team is not making any noise in the playoffs. They just aren't good eboygh. The secondary is not good and it's time to be addressed via free agency. It's not good at all folks. The safety play is probably bottom 1/3 of the league and that just won't work. They still can't figure out how to stop TE.

The offense makes way too many mistakes. Face it, in reality Pittsburgh should be on a two game losing streak right now. Something is wrong with AB and I think it's all emotionally. Is he getting upset with all the attention he is getting from defenses? Is he upset with Ju-Jus strong season and the way he has really won over the fans? I'm not sure but he needs to figure it out! I have never seen AB make a scene on the field or sidelines as much as he has this year. It's pretty pathetic to watch and is also putting the pressure on Ben to get him the ball.

As far as Ben goes, how many times do we need to hear him say it's his fault and he can't be turning the ball over blah blah blah. Then quit doing it! Maybe spend some time on the sidelines throwing the ball around or looking at the iPad at the defensive looks you are getting. He never does either of those things. Does anyone else notice this?

Steelers should make the playoffs but I hope I'm wrong when I say they won't make any noise. It's the same old song and dance. One dimensional team with a crap secondary and prone to turnovers and stupid penalties. You can't win in this league doing those things.

I'm glad somebody brought up penalties. There were way too many bone-headed penalties yesterday that could have been avoided. Every time I see a flag, I cringe... because I know 2 out of every 3 times, it's gonna go against the Steelers.

I think some of their stupid penalties and mistakes have to do with the physical nature in which they choose to play. You have to be smart though! Perfect example, yesterday, why doesn't Grimble just go the other way and walk into the endzone? Why does he have to try and run the guy over and ends up making a critical error. Just stupid

I keep seeing that our free safety Davis is having a great year. I just don't see him making any plays. Am I missing something here, where is he? Also a bunch of missed communications in the secondary again yesterday. Saw where Edmonds was covering three guys in the endzone with no help. Also did anybody see Watt and Sensebaugh have some heated discussions on the sidelines.

I’ll hold my breath until the end of the next 4 weeks.

Go 4-0, we can beat anybody.

    Go 2-2, we can try.

Go 1-3, this weekend never really mattered anyways.

They are not far off, they just aren't there yet. The secondary has to be addressed this offseason NO MATTER WHAT! I personally thought it was pretty bold and borderline cocky for them not to make a move before free agency. Especially knowing that Burns was not the answer and not going to be a part of the defense for the foreseeable future.

It's every week! It's become a problem and it comes down to coaching and discipline! Stupid penalties and turnovers will kill you every week, especially against good teams. 4 turnovers and missed opportunities like they had yesterday, against the teams coming up on their schedule? Pittsburgh will go 0-4 if they play like that and will get embarrassed

I was referring to the chargers, saints, Patriots and Bengals. That is, hoping we don't get embarrassed by Oakland. If that's the case I'll log off now lol

Steelers haven't won in Oakland since 1995. Plus, Bengals may have Driskel starting if Dalton's injury is severe. We all know how backup QBs perform against the Steelers. Absolutely can not take Raiders and Bengals lightly. Every game is a playoff game from here on out.

We have the ability to go deep in the playoffs, the only question is whether the guys are going to play smart for once. There's just no denying we are a stupid football team. We've been that way for 10 years now. We take stupid penalties and regularly make stupid decisions. It's just the way it is. Can we minimize our stupidity come January? That will be the key. If Ben doesn't make stupid throws and we minimize the penalties, we can beat KC. I bet Mahomes won't threw the ball right to our guys so the question is whether Ben can pull his head from his ass long enough to not make incredibly stupid throws.

It's groundhog day year after year.. Just because they've won 6 in a row doesn't mean they still won't f*** up there seeding with a stupid loss and still won't mean they won't f*** up in the playoffs. Whether it be a team they should beat at home because there looking ahead to the pats or they just lose to the pats. It's Tomlin Ben AB and the same cast of characters. It won't change. Defense still sucks Ben still throws terrible interceptions and Tomlin is still a moron. .we're like a more successful version of the Bengals

So true, when JuJu was streaking toward the end zone instead of screaming and jumping around I was waiting for Romo to say something like, hold on folks this one's coming back.

Agree... this team has been average for a while, regardless of the amount of wins. Steelers have been lucky in the past 25+ games to face backup QBs and mediocre/underachieving teams for the most part. The upcoming games vs. Chargers, Patriots and Saints will tell us all we need to know about the Steelers. They go 2-1... in those 3 games, I can see them making some noise. If not... time to pack it up and clean house.

They have to go 2-1.. Even if they do and get the 2 seed that would mean they beat the pats in the regular but the pats would prob come back to Heinz in the divisional round as the 3 seed..Steelers won't beat them twice. Pretty much deja vu from last season

No I HATE the Ravens and wish very horrible things upon them and their fanbase. Trust me I live in Maryland, and I hear these mouthbreathing idiots already getting thirsty.
