The Offense needs to run through Conner

On two occasions today I saw Conner sit for a series. They went with Samuels for one and Switzer the other.

Both of those drives ended in punts and did not look so good.

Conner is a good runner...but he is really dangerous out of the backfield.

Don't forget to pass him the ball out in space.

They will either start to pay more attention to Conner and open up the pass....Or the Steelers will feed Conner for 200 total yards a game.

I know on one the Ravens had just had the ball for like 4 minutes. I thought he was getting a play off...he got the series.

I am sure some of the ALL 22 guys may break this down before the weeks up.

And they need to stop going away from Conner when he's getting yards on chunks. first drive of the game 3 touches for 40 yards then doesn't touch it again till 3rd and10.. Knock it off

 

100% in agreement. And when numnuts comes back, keep him inactive. Yes, he will get lots of $ for nothing. But don’t ruin this good chemistry and vibe we have going.

And for all you Bell apologists (I used to be one), I know he is a superior athlete. Yadda yadda yadda. But unless Conner gets hurt, #26 shouldn’t see the field.

 

I feel it now does run through Conner. But you need balance in which I feel this offense has. I also feel when the rap giant is back he will give Conner a few snaps for a breather. But make no mistake, James Conner is our starter now and for the foreseeable future.

Maybe make the rap giant play special teams. When he refuses they suspend him for conduct detrimental to the team. They suspend him for the rest of the season. He can i'm sure challenge this with the union, their will be a hearing. But only the best for the rap giant. Can't wait to see him gone.
