@Baltimore L. I just don’t think we match up well with them this year plus they are at home and desperate

Carolina W. Prime time at home after a loss. I just don’t buy Carolina I think we actually win this one going away

@Jax W. I mean we owe them and although they have owned us throughout the years they appear to be a team in complete disarray. Think we pull out a close one

@Denver W. Broncos are not any good this year. Even on the road we should be able to outscore them

Chargers W. In Pittsburgh hopefully weather is a factor we should win this game at home.

@oakland W. Raiders are horrible. I know we don’t play well there but come on.

NE L. We won’t stop Brady 1 drive.

@NO L. We might get beat by 20 plus.

Cincy W. Might be for the division and we own Cincy.

Car-w good team but we take this one
    Jax-w we owe them
    Den-L tough place to play
San-w good team but we take this one
Oak-L have to prove they can win there even tho there terrible
    Ne-L nothing needs said
No-w to they'll steal this one
Cincy-w and especially if this is for the AFC North I think we know how this story ends

I think we beat the Ratbirds this week, last lost is still fresh and Carolina just laid out the blueprint for beating them.
Carolina will give us fits, Macaffrey and Cam's legs will be the difference in this one, a close loss
I think we lose to the Jags, they may be in disarray but they have our number
Denver in Denver is a tough out, essentially a coin toss
Chargers game could go either way, but they have a tendency to fade as the season wears on
I think we beat the Pats this year, we were a blown call away from beating them last year, and Connor's pounding style can help us control the ball in the fourth quarter
We will struggle early with Oakland but win going away, like we did yesterday against the Browns
Brees carves up our D like Halloween pumpkin, even if it two days before Christmas
We take care of the Bungles to close out the season and win the division 9-6-1

Don't look ahead. Focus on the next one, it's how you stack wins. Beat the Ravens. Payback. Stick a fork in their chances at winning the division.

Funny how you guys are predicting a loss to Ravens but a win against Panthers but Panthers just beat Ravens. I know it's the home and away thing but still. If any of us were any good at this (OK way beyond the current pickem leader at 65% correct so far)........well we'd be doing something much more lucrative than crystal ball gazing on Steve's (TTF) web page.

In the long run, I am hating how our bye week was week 7.. Personally, I would have loved if it were week 9 or 10.. but then again it wasn't week 4 or 5.. So I can't be too too picky..

@ Baltimore- Different story this time around... same two teams but heading in two different directions?? Last time the Steelers could not get any pressure to Flacco.. yes we had two sacks but he also torched our secondary..Flacco leads the league (or close to it) in balls deflected.. so we need to get our hands up... We were torched by their average receivers.. they have no tight ends so maybe we do something this week to help with underneath plays?? But overall, our D is slowly improving and our running game will open up big plays deep for us... Pitt- 28 Balti- 20

Carolina- Primetime game... we saw how they handled the ratbirds.. They have no big time #1 receiver... (Funchess i am not too worried about) But I am worried about Olsen.. he has the ability to tear our linebackers and Secondary a new one.. But, they do not have an extremely talented 2ndary.. Mccaffrey will get his yards but we will shut him down.... Newton will be held in check as well.. Pitt- 24- Car- 14 (Bell's first game back... but plays 5-10 snaps max)

@ Jacksonville- IMO the most pivotal game of the season... They have our Number... If we can somehow get pressure on whomever their QB is and Ben can have an Avg. game, then we win.. Pitt- 32 Jack- 24

@ Den- Got to limit the RB's and should be fine... never really played well in Den.. Pitt- 23 Den- 26

LAC- Big secondary test.. but we did slow down ATL's receiving crew- Pitt 38- LAC- 26

@ Oak- They are a **itshow.. should be an easy win- Pitt 38- Oak- 16

NE- Vance's TD stands and we get a big showing from Conner and Bell......... Pitt- 28 NE- 25

@ NO- If this were a home game I would have us winning, but I do not see us going into the dome and winning- NO- 32 Pitt-21

Cincy- We will have a chance to win our division and so will the Bungals.. This game decides the division and 2nd wildcard... Pitt- 32 Cincy- 28

    11-4-1

I'll tell you one thing. Looking at that schedule, there are at least 5 playoff teams we have to play in the next 9 weeks. The Steelers should be battle tested going into the playoffs.

PLAYOFFS, YOU'RE TALKING PLAYOFFS. Son of a *****! I had his name when I started typing and it left me that fast. Don't grow old. I can still see his face yelling that at reporters. I found it funny as heck.

Any other team would take notice on how to be the ratbirds but no the Steelers, at least with the current coaching. Remember, they don't change or game plan against opponents, they run the same offense and defense no matter who they play.

Baltimore - L - Conner won't be able to run on them and Ben will get sacked 5 times because he won't have the time for intermediate routes to develop.

Carolina - W - I'm thinking we match up well against them, it will be close but the Steelers win.

Jax - W - Their defense is still good but they are on the field a lot and they are getting gashed up the middle as the run defense isn't close to last season. Without a run game their offense is almost non-existent.

Denver - W - Denver D gets bad when on the field too long and the offense isn't good enough to keep the defense fresh.

Chargers - L - A game in which the secondary is going to get torched, we don't get by games like these anymore.

Raiders - W - Carr hasn't looked good and they really have nobody that can carry them.

Pats - L - It may get ugly fast, coaching needs to be a lot better than what we have in order to have a shot.

NO - L - This will be back to back double digit losses that will highlight how bad the secondary and overall defense really is.

Bengals - W - They will do better against the Bengals but it won't matter at this point.

Final record is 9-6-1 but this is barring injury and everything to go perfect, could very well be 7-8-1.

I think most will agree that we will win some you have for loses and of course lose some you have for wins.

Wall Street Journal had a headline for the NFL season so far, "A Cardboard Box of Melancholy."

Pats didn’t look that great to me last night. The score was very flattering. If the Bills had an offense...

I still think the Steelers can lose this game in Baltimore Sunday and win the division if they finish 10-5-1 which I still think they can do even with a loss in Baltimore on Sunday. I think the Steelers will win their remaining home games with Carolina,Chargers,Pats and Bengals, and go 2-2 combined on the road games they have left at Jags, at Denver, at Oakland, and at New Orleans. That gets you to 10 wins there even if you lose in Baltimore this Sunday. But boy it would be nice to win this one in Baltimore this week and put them in a 1-3 division hole and a 4-5 overall record hole. The Steelers I think with a win this week can really start to focus on getting that number 2 seed over the Pats which is still right there for the taking.
