I wish the Steelers would have kept Emmanual Sanders.

After he left I could never find myself rooting against him and boy what a nice first TD pass that was moments ago. Maybe even a better catch too.

He’s been very solid for Denver during a period of rocky QB play. He could have been special if he stayed in Pitt. Young $$

He was #3. We couldn’t pay him what he could get elsewhere.

Imagine he and AB right now with Ben and then JuJu. I know he did what he had to do to get paid and I don't blame him but dang what a crazy WR set that would be.

JuJu might not be here if Sanders still was.

    Rather have JuJu.

After draft day, I always hoped the Emmanuel Sanders/Antonio Brown duo could be for Ben as the Mark Duper/Mark Clayton duo was for Dan...

One thing we dont lack is receivers. Sanders can stay where he is at. I will take the JuJu - AB duo over any other tandem in the league.

Sanders wasn't the same WR for us that he is now. Playing with Manning likely helped his development a ton.

I hypothesized in a post a couple weeks ago about the potential return of Eli Rogers. Ben brought his name up when discussing a possible use of Bell in the slot. Ben seems to like Eli and had a developing chemistry with him. Don't be surprised if Hunter or maybe even DHB is cut to make room for Rogers if and when his recovery is 100% complete....
We don't seem to be using the deep ball as much as in the past and we have failed up to this point making the connection. Washington was brought in for mainly that purpose and either Hunter or DHB can provide at least that threat. We seem to have transitioned into more of a ball control offense especially with the use of the TE being more prevalent. Do we really need 3 one dimensional targets on this team? I say no and I think Rogers skill set fits better with our current system. We shall see...

How good is our AB juju duo? How do they stack vs other duos?

    This.

JuJu had far more latent potential than Sanders did coming out of college anyways. Much of that potential is already manifesting at present.

As I stated about JuJu. It will not suprise me if he obtains a Pro Bowl invite. Should he obtain a First Team All Pro nomination as well, he will have already surpassed Sanders by then.

And.....That would have altered all the other drafts...For arguments sake, Say we still took JuJu ( best scenario ) ...Maybe. / I would almost guarantee, We would NOT have taken Washington in the 2nd this year...

    A good, young, fast ILB...

    SUPER BOWL!

*Or a good, young , fast RB to pair with Conner...So we could have said goodbye to Dr.Dre!

Yup. He's in his second season and already better than Sanders. JuJu over Sanders all day long, no contest.

Agree, I was living in Denver at the time he went to the Donkeys and was asked by some friends my impression. I said his college coach raved about him coming out of the draft and he did well here except on the deep ball which he seemed to have trouble with. Then he goes to Denver and catches everything it seemed . He definitely upped his game in Denver. Or my perception was wrong, but I distinctly remember him dropping a lot of deep balls.

I saw on twitter that Sanders and Chris Harris CB are available for trade, not interested in Sanders but would take Harris.
