Win every game from here on out. That would probably do it. But, let me check my sources.

If the Steelers, currently in 8th place in the AFC, end up the #1 seed in the AFC; If the AFC South winner is Houston or Tennessee and Jacksonville doesn't make the playoffs; If NE or KC loses in the wild card round; if NE or KC are upset in the divisional round; If the Steelers play Tennessee in the AFCCG; and if the Rams, Eagles, or Saints do not represent the NFC.

We remember how to tackle, and don`t go into into "prevent" the win defense, in key situations...
Bring back "Blizburgh", and don`t quit that at the end of half`s/ games...
We didn`t always get to Ginger when we blitzed, but we forced him to throw it away plenty of times...
Same strategy works against Brady, or Baker, or whoever we face...
Get in the qb`s face!!! BLITZBURGH!!!:dfense::steelflag::mad::matrix0:

This is the one that is realistic. Give them a true No. 1 cornerback with Haden as the No. 2 to go with that pass rush and maybe on a very good day they can get past the Patriots. And yes, the Patriots are still the team to beat in the AFC.

A trade for Peterson would probably get us there. He's the superstar that'd stabilize the defense.

Peterson would help. Not playing the pats in the playoffs just like 2005/08/10.

Playing a bird team that hasn’t won a Sb at the time of the sb lol. Cardinals and falcons suck though lol

Don’t match up well with Cowboys, rams, saints.

So to sum it up, lot of luck and Ben being consistently good for 4 games straight.

Ben hasn’t been good for 4 games straight in forever lol

Trading for Peterson would be a good start, Bell showing up and contributing.

I think it was Coach John Mkcay who said "Three or four plane crashes and we're in the playoffs".

I agree that the Rams and Saints would be a problem, but the Cowboys? I don't see it. They are weak at receiver and tight end. Their defense is very good, but I think that would be a beatable opponent for the Steelers.

Only way the Cowpies beat us in a SB is if our QB is their MVP.

If we had Peterson and Bell was contributing along side Conner, I would say we can beat any team as long as Ben wasn't having a terrible day lol.

Butler: "Hold my beer" Hahaha. I was just going to say, we can beat anybody if we changed DC and traded for Peterson, and how about letting Matthew Thomas cover TEs? They ALWAYS kill us.

if burnett ever comes back, big if, I think he can fill the role of covering the TE.
