Commentators from the game and now in highlights I've watched showed it as a TD and not even a tough call. Just a matter of what angle you see I think. Think we need to replace the person up stairs. I've noticed for years now we're not as competitive as others in that area.

Same guy that reviews our CB draft picks reviews our in game replays:hmm:?

Stan Savran and Charlie Batch both expressed doubts that it would have been overturned. Plus either way we would have been out of challenges. As it was we had first and goal inside the one. We should have scored. That is more on the offense than the decision not to challenge.

Neither do u.. Ive already beaten the dead horse convo of the Tomlin's record argument as a head coach and it's too annoying to argue over it again

This. 6’4 240+ lb QB with a good OL and they refuse to run the QB sneak there. Haven’t run that for years it seems. Brady seems to have a 100% success rate when they need a yard.

I think Tomlin blew his first challenge...no way that was getting overturned. He was gun shy on the Connor play. Can’t say I blame him, losing that would have left the Steelers down a timeout with no challenges remaining. First and goal from the 6 inch line should result a TD in today’s NFL.

But they won, so I’m happy!

It’s not just Steelers fans. It’s a mindset.

No...Only TD's are reviewed...If it was called a TD, Then the Bungals could have challenged

He is the worst...And also the worst at clock management...The coordinators run the offense and defense....His speciality is DB's supposedly...And they have sucked for years...

So yes I agree...He is a terrible Coach but he wins enough, with a plethora of talent...That he will never be fired

If lovie Smith lucked into having big Ben and AB and the rest of the talent on the Steelers he'd be in the same boat as Tomlin.. Just a garbage coach that sold his soul to the devil to be where he is now

I think the OP is talking about the JuJu play which was ruled a TD? No? And automatically reviewed.

The Conner play was ruled down at the one.

Any excuse to hate on the team, even after a big time comeback win.

It was definately worth a challenge but I don't think it would have been over ruled because the video was at an angle and difficult to say for sure that he got across. And, even so it was 1st and 10 from the 1 foot line so you assume you are going to get in.

Is today really the day for all that? Biggest win of the season today, and momentum heading into the bye week. It's a good day to be a Steeler fan.

Some people could fall ass backwards into a pit of $100 bills and complain they weren't soft enough to break their fall. SMDH.

Im not a Tomlin guy either. But he gets a pass today. Huge win. When there's not much to b! tch about other than whether or not we should have challenged a play, then that's a good day

    Yep yep.

They run Conner on 1st, no gain. Ben throws incomplete to James in the right rear of the end zone on 2nd. That was the head scratcher. With this O-line, you get the heavy package with Rosie out there and you bludgeon them right in to the end zone.

This team could win the Super Bowl, and fans like you would still be complaining about the HC that says a lot about you .

People being overly critical of any coaches over challenges lack understanding. Most times coaches have a few seconds to decide to throw the flag. Coaches don't always have the benefit of the replays that fans have at home.

Also the coaches up in the booth are supposed to let the HC know when they should challenge a play.
