Even if the Steelers are up 14 plus points there is no excitement. It’s basically sit back and watch the lead evaporate and pray time runs out. Is this an NFL thing or a Steelers thing? I swear I don’t remember feeling that way constantly before the last 5 years or so.

 

I think the offensive line has regressed this season so far in pass pro. A lot of that is due to injuries so I'm glad DD and Gilbert will be returning.

 

Offense is completely healthy right now. Besides missing captain numb nuts. We should be scoring 30 plus every game with the weapons we have. Double AB and JuJu and McDonald have huge mismatches all over the field

 

At this point, Morgan Burnett is damaged goods. Not the way personally I wanted Terrell to be eased into the lineup.


That being said, he has held is own thus far; his first takeaway of his career happening in his first three games no less.



Here is hoping that a physcial rivarly also can be a bit of his coming out party of sorts.

 

The bigger issue with Burnett being out is that forces them to use Behre in some sub packages. Flacco should throw in his direction every single time. Behre can't cover and he can't catch a receiver once he is beaten.

It is definitely good to have DeCastro and Gilbert back. Missing DeCastro hurt the running game the last two weeks. Missing both of them hurt the pass protection.

They need that group healthy because it's probably going to take 40 points to beat the Ravens.

Your right the steelers are getting pressure but where is it coming from? I can't find the stats that show it but Tuitt and Cam have a combined 1 sack. I know that is not what they do but they have to get more pressure, not sure you can say they are pulling their weight. Watt, Bostic and Dupree have a combined 7 sacks.
