Baker Mayfield won't win every game but he was fun to watch. The rest of the Browns seemed energized when Baker played. Most coaches just aren't very bright. No wonder Belichick wins so much. He is actually intelligent. Since I am sure the Steelers defensive personal and coaches won't change, Baker has a solid chance to clock the Steelers next time around. Hopefully his next game won't be as bad a Darnold's games after his first. At least I don't curse at the TV like I do when the Steelers play.

The kid was really zipping that ball. I enjoyed the fans, you would have thought it was the Super Bowl. Do the Browns finally have a QB? Remains to be seen. If not us I'd rather see Browns then Bungals or Ratbirds.

Baker looked good, really good. That happens sometimes when there's little tape on a player. Time will tell though.

You know, you gave me an idea. Maybe the Steelers can petition the NFL to switch divisions. Move the Pats to the North and the Steelers to the East. They'd look great in the East and probably would be division champs every year. And I imagine the beating Brady would take at the hands of the Ravens, Bungles and Browns defenses.

It was interesting the amount of pressure the Jets were putting on Taylor then when Mayfield came in they eased off him and played a soft zone that was similar to the Steelers on Sunday. Just picking apart the middle of the zone.

He has a better arm than I thought he did.. Still, gotta see what happens with some tape on him and teams start prepping for him. Darnold looked like the second coming after week 1.

He looks like a mini-Ben. Good ability and looks to make a play with his arm once he does move around. I question whether he is going to stand up to the beating he will take playing like that.

They have enough talent to win atleast 6 games even with Hue coaching.

I said it in another thread, I think they went Mayfield over the other QBs because of that swagger. Cleveland will need that to get over their losing tradition.

But like others have said, lets see how he does once teams get some film on him.

Winner winner chicken dinner. He can zip the ball and move in the pocket. Like Mahomes, let's see what these guys do from about week 6 or 7 on.

I've never actively pulled for the Browns to win a game.....

I did vs the Jets and was really glad they won....... Felt weird!!! Probably because I felt bad for the fans and watching them support that awful team for years made me feel bad for them...... Watching them after win was like watching fans after their team won the SB....

I may be in the minority but I'd actually like to see the Steelers/Browns rival rekindled. It was one of the best in football back in the day, I loved watching it, well, love/hate. And I know, technically thats what we have been getting with the Ravens since it was the same team but it was a different state, different uni's and different stadium and no dawg pound.

Let the Browns become relevant and Cincy and Rats can fall into obscurity.

It was refreshing to see Jets players genuinely congratulating Browns after the final play.
