Either that or Mayfield made him look good.Just one game but his release is real quick. Is our secondary better than the Jets? Don’t know but Butler and company better get their act together because we’ll see this kid for years!

Wait til he experiences the very cold AFC north. Not worried.

Our secondary isn't as good as my local high school's secondary, at least not right now. Mayfield looked good and we love to make rookie QBs look better than they are so unless we get our crap together, we'll make him look like Aaron Rodgers.

They are going to win a lot more. They have a good team... and a successful former Steelers OC. The Browns defense is better than the Steelers D. Truth.

Mayfield has still hasn't been declared the starter. Hue says he has to look at the tape. lol

They will certainly win more than they have in the past few years but as with any new QB, defenses will eventually adapt to his style and winning will come harder than this game. It isn't like the Jets are a juggernaut.

NFL is changing, the offenses resemble more of what these rookie QB's are used to coming out of college. As a result, you will see more success from these guys than in the past.

Browns look to have a very solid defense, if Mayfield can keep this up and the offense carries it's share of the load, the Browns will have a good team. I imagine a similar path as the Jags. look for the Browns to really arrive next season. I put them around 7 or 8 wins this season, playoffs next season.

Yes. Hue did a good job in Oakland with not much talent. Was 7-4 before losing his starting QB and season went down the tubes.
