Correction he won one Super Bowl and was on the field for the other while the running game and the defense won the other Super Bowl.

Mostly his fault! His game has decayed.

He won one Super Bowl and was on the field watching the running game and defense win the game. What was his QB rating for that game … 25?

He just needs to stop with the down field forces, guessing and hoping him and AB are on the same page.
Stick to the script, take what’s there and stop taking chances.
How often do you ever see Ben just throw it away ,and live to play another down.
Go ahead take a minute, because I can’t honestly remember when he just took that sack or threw one away.
He’s not 25 anymore , he needs to play a lot smarter here on out

Yes, Ben played a less then stellar game, but some of his turnovers were not his fault. The O line, as solid as they were opening up holes for Connor were the complete opposite in pass protection. The clowns defense was feasting. They had no answer for the pass rush. Now i'm not giving Ben a pass and his game best be on point going forward, but if some think that a 2nd year QB who had the game of his life against players that are on the street all in a meaningless pre season game would have faired better is premature at best.

The Offensive Line needs to be held accountable for this horrendous pass protection. And of course, Ben needs to play better...

As much as I am disappointed, it's only the 1st game.

Ben has had many hof worthy openers....... what he doesn't do is play well in bad weather..... I've lost count of the times that the weather has made an inferior team look equal to us.... I'm sure that we will see a vastly superior ben next week in KC

I agree, his decision making sucked yesterday. The weather didn't help, lack of reps didn't help and was generally an all around crappy game by Ben, he didn't have it.

However, I don't think for one second that he is done. Not yet.

I've lost count the number of times that in good weather the Steelers made an inferior team look equal to them.

Let's put it in perspective - what do those 2 games have in common?

Right.. Ben had 2 weeks off before the Jags playoff debacle. And... Ben didn't play much in preseason.

As has been said here, ad nauseam - Time Off = Rusty Ben.

Things will be fine. Nothing to see here.

Yeah, Patriots will have no competition in the AFC yet again. Might as well chisel them in as AFC rep in SBLIII.

I understand your logic, but it’s difficult to ignore yesterday’s results?

I guess it makes as much sense as any other reason. On the first pick he threw to a triple covered AB, any 1 of the 3 defenders could have made the interception if the first guy missed it. That didn't seem like a timing or in sync issue, it was just a bad choice.

I’m not actually even thinking of the interceptions. He just didn’t seem as accurate as usual.

Yes, accuracy has been an issue the last couple of seasons, sporadically though. He'll thread the needle into double coverage on one play, then miss a throw to a wide open receiver on the next.

The QBs you mentioned didn't consistently play bad against bad teams the way Ben does.

Ben used to be great on the road, I told myself his recent troubles was due to a defense in transition, but there isn’t any excuse for week 1.

I think it all starts in preseason, these guys need to play more minutes in game like situations.
There is no timing down. You miss a quarter of the season because players are not on the same page because
they haven't played together. Both offense and defense.
