A trap game. Very scary for us but I think we pull it off mainly because tyrod will limit their offense in the passing game. He's just too gun shy. Baker would have made me nervous

How would you know? Remember to you there's only 1 team in the NFL.

Can it be a trap game when we haven't played a meaningful game yet?

Well I guess they figure we moved Dupree to that side ,they should be ok....
I still remember the game against SD when they took guys off the street to play OL and we didn't get a sniff....

You just can't say because it happened one way one game 5 years ago that it will happen the same way this year. Yes that was bad but,........

not afraid of his arm (just hope it's not one of those make the guy look like a HOFer Sundays) but he's shifty on the move and this defense been known to break contain or not set the edge a bit here lately. I think their D is probably gonna be nearing pretty good status as well. Division rivals always come to play talented or not...

I Say it every year, the Browns ain't a gimme win. Time to go 1-0 Go Steelers!!!

I agree DOB. Division games will always be closely played no matter records. It's how Miami beats the Pat's. Those are never gimme games. I do think we take this one.

One would think they'd have to at some point continually drafting at the top of the league with numerous picks. I believe Myles Garret is coming out of his shell this year.

I actually expect the Browns to be strong at the QB position now. Gregg Williams isn't really a chump coach on defense either.

So the game plan is don't be too predictable on offense. Establish the run. Get the ball to AB and Bell <<< if the dude ever shows up.

Split runs with Conner until Bell shows he's in football playing shape. As for defense, get pressure on the QB and force them into mistakes. << Has to happen.

We know what Todd Haley likes to run. Shut his game down early and make him adjust. That means watch the screens lol

this should be the focus. not bell. hes not here, hes not under contract, we will soon be in cleveland having to play a hungry browns team. no mcdonald. no bell. no shazier. no bryant. no timmons. no mitchell. no gay. no golden. no eli. can we do this? hell yes. they are going to smother AB. JJ, conner, juju have to play big. nix is a guy that i think can have a good game and be forgotten about by them. will we use him? good question. our front is healthy on both sides and needs to take this game over. tuitt, cam, TJ, hargraves, dupree. the o-line. we have to win in the trenches.

I have a bad feeling about this game vs. Browns. Eagles and Falcons looked rusty as hell last night and both of those teams are better overall than the Steelers.

I think the D will surprise us and play good, but the offense will lay a gigantic egg.

I think Pittsburgh wins, but the Browns are approaching damn good team status (what the heck did I just say?!). I do think Ben will be on fire in this one. I actually think Ben has a REALLY good year under a new coordinator. I expect many deep throws, many completions, and a great Red Zone efficiency. And no, I'm not just saying this... Haley was a solid OC, but he held the Steelers back at what they're good at.

Tie-Rod will have a career day like most other 2nd rate QB's we've played - i.e. Kizer x2, Hundley, Bortles. Preseason didn't show me anything that would convince me otherwise, especially with Stains receivers. .
