Don't feel bad... I got a Plax Burress jersey the year before he left for the Giants.

We won the Super Bowl the next year, so I got a Polamalu jersey to make up for it.

I'm just glad others were unable to comprehend what the person posted. I was going to worry about my sanity if the rest of you knew what he/she/it was saying. I realize I can post some incoherent stuff, but it is by design. A worse fear is that I was going to re-read it and find it all of the sudden made perfect sense. God help me!

I have yet to get a polamalu or brown jersey.

I am deeply ashamed of myself and regret saying I'm a true steelers fan. lol

I have Woodson authentic from early 90's in black... Polamalu in SBXL white replica and Brown bumble bee. I thought about getting a Harrison jersey, but I'm glad I didn't.

I like the idea of getting retired jerseys. Hines Ward, Heath Miller, Bettis.

I got a JuJu jersey last year after he laid out Birthdefect. I was ordering it before the game was over.
Big Ben will probably be my next one after his SB MVP performance this year.

I like the idea of sticking to retired players' jerseys. I have one active and one retired, Antonio Brown and Joe Greene.

Yeah, with the retired ones you usually know how the story ended. Plus they aren't always as pricey. Though it did take me a while to hunt down a Thigpen one.

I have in no particular order Miller, Lambert (3 styles), Greene 75, Greene 91, Ward, Bettis, Lloyd, Watt, and Hoge. I'm thinking either Juju or Conner next but I really want an Aaron Smith or Woodson.

Yancy was indeed the man for many years. Too bad he couldn't get a ring.

I have in no particular order: Ward, Polamalu, Brown, Bettis, Bell, Greene, & Dupree. Well, You can probably tell which ones I wear and which ones I don't. LOL. I'm eyeing up a JuJu jersey but am afraid to pull the trigger.

I'd like a Hoge one. Or a Merriweather. Someone from the 80s team would be sweet.

Though if I were to pull the trigger on another, it would probably have to be a Glen Edwards, just because.

Speaking of Hoge, somewhere around here I have a Brister football trading card from the 80's but it's a misprint and names him "Buddy" Brister. The kid could heave the ball, unfortunately it was rarely to a Steeler. He had the last laugh though grabbing 2 SB rings playing 2nd fiddle during Elway's late career revival.

Louis Lipps #83 in block numbers would be cool.

if it wasn't for a nagging hamstring... but a Thigpen jersey is kind of cool. I almost bought a Buress before he was traded, w free agency I find myself wearing my white polo w steelers emblem, for current players I am thinking Washington or Burns, but want to see how they do this year, for retired players Woodson wld be on my wish list, a Foster jersey might be cool too, I like the Merriweather #57 suggestion, I plyed 57 and 83 (Lipps) in hockey as kid, two favorite numbers

I can understand why. One on your list is very different from the others.

Thigpen mentioned wanting an '80s jersey. That appeals to me because it is when I really became a fan, but I'm not sure which one. Webster was the first to come to mind, but I can't shake the image of what brain injuries and PED use did to the man. Merriweather's departure from the team was too ugly. Stallworth was still great in '84, but he is mostly identified with the '70s. That still might have to be my call over Lipps if I get one.
