Ziggy Hood -in shape!

Just read an article about Ziggy losing a lot of weight / fat and putting it back on a muscle. guy is nearly 310 and his workouts are posted on Youtube. Looks like he realized he was getting pushed around too often. Ziggy even said in the article he was not feeling good last year and was out of shape. Here is hoping that 2012 he becomes the player most thought he would be!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sweet. It's only taken 3 years but he's finally in shape!!

 

Oh come on. I met you half way on Ziggy, but he was always in good shape, and in fact received attention to his workout dedication. He's just taken it to a new level now. I love his confidence though. He says he's absolutely the strongest guy on the team, and I'm inclined to believe him.

 

Hey, I didn't make it up. Here's the quote from the original post: "Ziggy even said in the article he was not feeling good last year and was out of shape". He's entering his 4th season and is now in shape. Good for you ziggy - now go make some plays!

 

I still believe in this guy. The fact he cut weight and brought it back as muscle and improved his speed and quickness is a great thing. Ziggy (as stated earlier) said himself he was out of shape, and there were times last year he got pushed all over the line, so I have to think watching your failure , all 833 plays last year, will push you to be a better player. IF Ziggy can creat issues on that side of the line where we seemed to be weakest last year ( D line) our D will be back on top again!

X2 !! I really hope he steps it up, the run defense had a lot of problems and he was a big part of the reason.
