    Well, a few factors:

1.) Who has the most cap space?

2.) Who has the biggest need?

3.) Who is willing to spend $ (it won't be the Bengals).

    1st, who has the space...

    https://www.spotrac.com/nfl/cap/2019/

OK, now of those who could afford him, who doesn't need him (some assumptions here, things can always change like injuries or a RB not working out) and who is too cheap (or smart?)

    Cross off....

Dallas - Elliott a total stud.

    Rams - Gurley

    NYG - Barkley

    Bengals - too cheap

    AZ - Johnson

Browns - If Chubb does well

Bears - already have 2 good backs

If you go much further down the list, those teams don't have much cap space.

    So, that leaves us with.....

Jets - most cap space and a big need. Already have franchise QB on roster. I see them as a favorite.

Bills - especially if Shady is involved with his x gf getting beat up. And even if not, he's in his 30's now.

Colts - if they want to give Luck any hope.

Seattle - they need to give Wilson some rushing threat or they won't contend ever again.

Texans - just imagine what they could be with that D, and if Watson is as real as he seems.

Not the Steelers so I really don’t give a crap. I would hope he doesn’t go to the Ravens or Pats besides that who cares.

I doubt Seattle would be interested in Bell, they drafted Penny in the first round this year. I could see the 49ers as a team for him.

Anyone who is stupid enough to give Bell over $80million multi year deal, when he's 1 drug test away from suspension ...good luck

Have you seen the o-line in Seattle lately..... Russell Wilson is running for his life every time he drops back, and the runners are forced to make there own hole..... if leveon signs with them, he would have to bulk up again to his rookie weight

Leveon's best chance for success outside of black and gold would be for beast mode to retire again and the raiders to sign him

Depends on your definition of "success". Do you mean professional success or financial? We already know Bell's version of the word.

Jets and Bills seem good calls to me.

Not good for Bell, mind, but he'll soon find that out once he's not got this o-line blocking for him.

I don't see Lynch playing after 2018; he should not be playing now.

I hope he blows out both knees at the end of the season, fails a DT and ends up in the CFL.

My guess is the Jets or the Redskins.

My guess is the 49ers. Lynch is a young energetic GM. I can see him doing whatever it takes to bring Bell in and take a shot at a Super Bowl run with he and Jimmy G.

Likely either New York or Indianapolis for me. It can truly go either way. Personally though I do believe New York wins out mainly due to the high level of money they are likely to give him with the additional non-contractual incentive of massive attention in a big market sports city.

Nevermind his "rap albums". His overall brand can be exponentially increased in the Big Apple.

Now, in terms of how much he truly cares about the game will be another matter as the Jets have one too many holes to fill.

    Jets, Colts, 49ers, Seattle.

Bells success is largely due to Bell. We didn't have a great line when he got here and he had one of his best seasons.

I can't stand what Bell turned into but the guy is a phenomenal talent.

Is there anyone here who doesn’t wish they had Bell’s talent and their own brain?

I always ask what he's rapped lately to see where we stand. Sadly, I think the Steelers do as well.
Touch base less than this time next year.

I don't care who Bell plays for in 2019, just help the Steelers win the SB this season.

Since Bell didnt show up for walk throughs and was late on game day I doubt if any team will be in any rush to sign him for more than the going rate and maybe they can fine him for his don't give a damn bull s**t, we sure didnt..

Yeah, he's got us, just the way it goes. He gots [SIC] the talent and youth and someone has to pay.
Perhaps greed is one of those things that's in everyone but most somehow manage to contain.

Just get him out of our division. He will, of course, inevitably end up playing against us in a crucial game towards the end of his career Same ole story.

Warren Buffett may be the only one who can afford him. So my guess is he becomes a Berkshire Hathaway realtor :smiley1:
