Definitely will be nice to know sooner, though, I'd be floored if it were reduced...

Yeah I fel like I read somewhere that it was his brother scrip and not his. If this is the case it won't get reduced

I think that was based off of speculation from a tweet he posted. I don't think he would have bothered appealing if he didn't have his own prescription. Who knows? Hopefully we'll know sooner than later, as well as the factors involved.

GODell loves the Steelers, so the suspension should be lifted. :bscow:

I'm surprised everyone assumes it was his brother's from that tweet. All he said in the tweet is that his brother takes it, and his point was that it's stupid for it to be illegal when little kids take it all the time. Obviously he could have taken his brother's, but what he said was still a long way from saying that.

though i will say it first gave you that sense when it first was posted. i hope they reduce it, this kid is going to be a good one i think. he's a needed blocker when we go two tight sets. the run game will have to make up for wards blocking being gone, i think this kid could help with that and much more.

LOL Yeah, that wouldn't even surprise me.

And I agree with you about Saunders; he's got all the tools to be a heck of a player.

i have not heard a thing about it. i did find out that dwyer had failed his test during his combine. they said at first it was amphetamines and it turned out to be adhd meds and the failed test was lifted. of course he was trying to lose weight at the time too. since then though the league put out a banned list of substances and that stuff was on it and used by saunders. a year or two earlier and this would not be an issue.
