I just grew less afraid of Baltimore for this season

2 QBs on the field at the same time? That is retarded. Yea, we had Kordell on the field at the same time as O'Donnell but he clearly played WR at that time. I don't think the Ravens will use Jackson that same way. 2 QBs never works. They could turn into a clown show.

But, yet, even in down years, they still give us fits. It took all we had to beat them last year in that wild shoot out, even though we were up 14-0 at one point. They came back with a vengeance and Collins killed us, like a man playing against young boys.

I may eat these words, but I am so happy they have Jackson and we have Rudolph.

Take care! Complacency is a dangerous thing. Always keep a wary eye on the competition and don't underestimate them or you will emulate the Pittsburgh Steelers. You know the team that loses games to teams they should destroy.

Jackson is arguably the best athlete in the NFL. He needs to see the field. How they'll use him remains to be seen of course. They're not going to share any details. Either way, they are a division rival so beating them won't be easy

I would never count out the ratbirds as they won 9 games last year and only two of their losses were by more than a touchdown with the Jags being one of them. The Jags blew out everyone in our division last year so I wouldn’t hold that against them.

IMO This will be Harbaugh’s last chance. After missing the playoffs and the owner stating he contemplated firing him, they will be hungry this year.
If they don’t erase penalties drastically and make it to the playoffs, Harbaugh is as good as gone. Ironically, as a result, the Ravens might actually improve! They have a good foundation to build on, and if they can get someone in there who can fix the O, we might relive the Steelers Ravens rivalry of old.

I seen the 2015 ravens go 5-11 a few years back. You know who two of their wins were against? The team we cheer for.

So never ever under estimate the Ravens. They can beat us if they are bad and they can beat us if they are good.

The Mallet game of 2015 angered me almost as much as the AFC Championship vs. Chargers in '95. No Suggs, no Flacco and the Ravens put on a clinic. Bell was the only big-name Steeler on IR. There are not enough facepalms in the universe to convey the overall sorriness of the Steelers on that day. What a debacle.

It was a December game too... to beat it all. Steelers are usually sharp in December. September and January are the problem months.

The rivalry never went anywhere; the last game was hard fought, tooth and nail. I'm not saying otherwise. I'm just saying, if they start monkeying around with multiple QBs, I fear them a little less. If you don't have ONE clear cut #1 QB, you are doomed. It's never worked.

I think the Ravens need to go farther, and get 3 more QBs on the field at the same time.

Think how confused other teams will be to see the QBs doing the blocking, and Flacco hiking the ball to Jensen!

That game is a classic example of the we gonna do what we do approach to game planning. Guy has less than a week in the system and they don't changel to come after him. There was a Chargers game the year before I think too that is another example. They made to scrap heap tackles look like Joe Thomas in that game.

There are pundits that believe Flacco will not be the starter come mid-season.

It could happen, and that would make Flacco the highest paid backup in the history of the NFL.

If they give the 2 QB approach the old college try and stick with it, well it'll most likely end badly. If they get youngster in a slash role and commit to flacco as the general then... Well we've all seen that approach do some dandy stuff.

Either way, I've never slept on division rivals... Regardless of what they field you always get their best making gimme games non existent in my opinion as far as those 3 rivals go.
