I never will understand what Tomlin sees in Toussant. It certainly can't be ST's.

Don't get the Fitz hate or maybe I do, fumble.

What has Watson done as a RB to beat out Fitz?

Fitz is good at blitz pick up, can catch out of the backfield and a capable runner. Exactly what you want backing up Bell.

Did you have another fart slip out? That happens when you get older.

Very good short yardage runner, powerful, hard to get to the ground.

I was just joking around, I liked what I saw from him in the preseason. I wished they gave him more of a opportunity, he got cut soon.

Yeah, Fitz is the better blocker for Ben out of all of them outside of Bell. Kind of what you need if you're not trying to get Ben killed.

I think Toussaint is a hard working, intelligent player, who has proven himself to be versatile in more aspects than just running the ball. Watson is a more powerful back and a better runner, but offers little else. I am not a fan of Toussaint, but I understand the the thought process.

He had several good posts in a row, and I thought he was off the rumble strips, then another brain dead post. Hmm..

1.6 yard average. Yep, that kind of short yardage runner was going to help us.

Sure, this was all about @ss kissing.

    Brilliant.

Look I think we hashed this out fairly well during the season when it happened. Plain fact was Watson played himself onto the team. He put together a camp/preaseason tape that made it tough to not include him on the 53. Fitz didn't really shine in camp, and everyone points to his blocking and the hundred yard game three years ago.

If this really came down to blocking ability on blitz pickup that is pretty sad. One because you gave up on a guy with a lot of heart and potential and two because maybe it's just me but I can't think of a game where I saw Fitz in as the running back and saving Ben''s bacon.

If it did happen someone point me to the gametape

That 100 yard game was his only starting roll, was it not? Watson has a good preseason against 2's and 3's and that somehow trumps Fitz against starters and in a playoff game?

Attachment to camp darlings crack me up.

Again not interested in rehashing this. Watson is gone, Fitz is still David Johnson 2.0 and a new season begins in 96 days.

He was cut by them prior to re- signing too and nobody else signed him. 22 yards on 14 carries. Whoa, stop the presses. .

Croissant is just another Redman or Batch: a crap back they fell in love with for no apparent reason and no upside to speak of.

And what did Watson do that we will miss? FT had an amazing game as a rookie in the playoffs until the fumble. That's what they fell in love with. He is also a decent STs player. You act like he made the team already. Is this really you PWP or the alter PWP? You get obsessed with a player you hate and never quit about them. Edmund's could pick off a pass, run it back for a TD to win the SB and you would pick at his inability to instinctively do the proper EZ celebration with toussaint.

That is an absurd, ridiculous trend analysis on too few of occurrences. You're summarizing his value on 14 carries, with most being short yardage carries, where the goal is to move the chains, first and foremost? OOOOOOOOOOOOOOkkkeyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy dokeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeyyyyyyyyy.

OK against workers of Walmart. Very impressive. Why when the giants cut him the first time didn't all of the. NFL jump at the chance for him? Toussaint did it against a playoff teams defense. Big difference. It doesn't matter neither will be doing it much this season with any team. If they do I will be very surprised.
