Welcome back Coach!!!!!!!!!! Glad to have ya!!!!!!!

 

Man, its been a long time since we have had a powerhouse coaching staff as we do going into this season.I just wish they would bring back hines as an asst wr coach and batch would become the qb coach.

 

I think I migh have said this before, but - I can maybe see the Hines thing, as he's been acting the role of mentor to the young receivers for a while and it seems to have helped their development. But why presume Batch would make a good qb coach?

 

Because he did work with Ben on his skillset for along time, even though Ben has had outside sources for help Charlie has served as a lessons coach to all our QB's during drills

 

Ah, ok.

At the same time, I think there's plenty that Ben could do to improve his game... so I would still hold reservations about Batch as a shoe-in coach. Don't get me wrong, I love the guy and his ethic... but we could probably do better coaching-wise.

Anyway, I've managed to hjack this thread. Back on topic - welcome back, coach Kirby!
