When Big Ben one Day retires, what do you Think he Will say about Mike Tomlin ?

any thoughts?

 

I don’t think Ben is a big fan. Can’t blame him.

 

he'll probably say that he should have won more SBs.

 

He'll say he has three rings instead of five.

 

And he should've at least 2 more imo

 

Nothing ,cuz Tomlin will be gone before that

 

Ben needs to keep quiet before someone asks him about the porn star stuff. Keep in mind Ben didnt always help himself or the team with his own antics.

 

He will say how much he liked playing for Tomlin, what an honor it was, how much he respects him. All hearts and flowers, no public criticism. Remember, Ben told the press how much he liked Haley. That's what he'll say, but he won't state out loud what he really thinks.

 

Our defense had to go through a transition. It took a couple years. I think that is only natural. It should have been better by now though.

I never get the vibe that he even talks to Tomlin. I never hear him talk about him. I think he just talks to his OC and QB coach and thats about it.

 

Ben isn't going to trash his HC, or anybody else after he retires.

 

Orrr... following in the footsteps of some other Steeler greats, he lets everyone know what he really thinks of MT.

I'm sure whatever he says will be interpreted by fans as agreeing with whatever view of Tomlin they already have.

 

look its not like ben hasn't created some of the drama and negative atmosphere. ben isn't trashing anyone when he retires. he is a not that kind of guy NOW.

 

But that's not Ben. I can thing of no professional athlete who is more calculated and measured when talking to the media. He never burns bridges, he never disparages. Now, he nuances things to make his point, he's mastered the art of saying what he wants to say in circular or passive aggressive fashion, while accentuating the positive.
