    Why you can't blame Tomlin...

Regardless of this Steelers roster it is a fact that Pittsburgh has had their hands full with Jacksonville for the entirety of Roethlisbergers career. Bortles performance yesterday may have been a surprise but this team is built very well to exploit Pittsburgh's weaknesses.

    Why you CAN blame Tomlin...

The 4th and 1's and the onside kick are questions that will linger in the off season and never get a good answer. And no QB sneak when you have a 6'5" 240lb quarterback?!? SMH

    Distractions...

From Martavis Bryant wanting a trade for diminished play time to JuJu, James Harrison falling asleep in meetings and not being a team player, to Le'Veon Bell worrying more about his money than a playoff game just 2 days away this team was done in with selfishness and distractions. FOR WHAT IT"S WORTH Bryant and Bell both failed 2 drug test and get significant suspension time. Talk about gaul to ask for more money and time after putting their employer in such a bind.

    Disrespect...

This team overlooked opponents, talked a lot of trash, and in the end couldn't back up a single scrap of it. This Steelers squad took the cake for biggest underachievers of the 2017 NFL season and are currently the butt of jokes...and that includes the 0-16 Browns!!

Bottom line is this team was doomed before they got to the playoffs. They were not focused, undisciplined, and too full of themselves to ever hope to make a run at beating teams that were far more determined than they were. End of story.

So who should be held accountable for all that stuff you mentioned? I have an idea but don't want to influence your decision.

Has Tomlin ever fired a coach?

Maybe the front office has lost touch with what it takes to win. Not winning seasons, but winning the AFC, or at least home PO game.

I never thought I would call for a Steelers head coach to be fired but it may be time to at least explore that option.

Tomlin has built great teams only to have them fall apart to inferior opponents. Take losing to the Jaguars this year, in the regular season the offense throws 5 interceptions. Yet in the playoffs Ben throws 5 touchdown passes yet somehow we lose because the defense goes in to full meltdown.

As for discipline, there is none... "me-me-me" players and zero focus. Like I said in this post title, the Steelers are an underachieving laughing stock today because of a completely inept coaching staff and unfocused players.

Yep...the players are a reflection of the head coach. He is an emotional coach as we witness on prime time TV. Sometimes it's better to be reserve and go about taking care of business or end up eating some humble pie when you are not. There is a lesson to be learnt here, but unfortunately he isn't taking any notes because it continually happens year after year.

At the risk of inducing a collective vomit from the Steeler Nation, I wonder what Patricia (or McDaniels) would do with these players... I was pretty impressed with what Patricia did with his unit after stinking it up the first few games.

Tomlin not learning or evolving is a major problem. Personally I agree with Bradshaw he’s a good cheerleader guy. About it.

Undisciplined... That is all on Tomlin.
