Totally agree. It will be interesting to see how many total games are missed by ray ray, reed and Suggs. I would put the over and under at 24 total regular season games.

OK let me break it down for you junior. One LB out of 4 on the field and probably 8 on the roster shouldn't mean the difference of 2 games or winning or losing the division. Case in point, the Steelers last season played and won games without 2 of the best LBers in the league on the field. So it isn't the same thing as losing your franchise QB or all world safety. Not having Suggs on the field doesn't equate to them losing the division. There are other factors that have a greater impact than 1 LB. Believe whatever you want and I could care less what you think.

thanks little man.. because obviously many of the people here dont care what you say.. its not just me little man.. look at what the others are saying... you have said the same jibberish 3 different ways... but BS is still BS no matter how you say it son... even if you get your mom to help you write it junior its still makes no sense to the rest of us... amazing how the little guys all are so condescending and insulting on the message boards. guess he has the "little man" syndrome ... seems he loves to call people son and junior to insult them... but you knw what they say.. people that cant present their points with facts have to use insults.. and this guy is the prime example of that... and you obviously care what i think or your wouldnt keep replying.. just like you will do to this post

mmmmmm-k. Hope you feel better now.

Back to the topic of the thread, the Steelers have such a talented squad that when they underachieve it seems like it is due to coaching and/or execution. So IMO, the players drafted and new OC and scheme will have more of an impact on how the Steelers finish. This team usually controls their own destiny and when they lose, it seems to be more often the Steelers beat themselves rather than getting out played.

totally agree... the OL will have more total impact than suggs injury... i can see the combination as a 2-3 game swing this seasson ... i mean a team like the steelers should WIN like 8 games... lose 2 or 3 maybe and the rest are toss up games that could go either way... problem is the steelers seem to make the 8 SURE WIN games close.. but overall and hopefully long term the OL and new OC shoud bring us lots more wins than the temporary loss of suggs brings the ravens one or a couple more potential losses...

I want to know who up to this point are the 2% who don't think an upgraded o-line will make a difference. That's crazy....

Is it because they are rookies?

lol yeah how can anyone.... much less 2 people .... say that suggs injury nor the steelers new OL will make no difference ? unless they fell like it will make a difference in team play but not enough to make the ravens lose an extra game without suggs.... or the steelers win and extra game because of the new and hopefully much better OL? but out of the 32 games the steelers and ravens play i would think it has to make a difference in a few of the real close games where picking up a first down on a 4th qt drive to run out the clock (something we seem not to have been able to do since bettis retired) makes a big difference.. or in a steelers/ravens game that is usually decided by 3 points.. our new line and their loss of suggs could be worth a few points in a game decided by only a few points? i just dont see out of 32 total games that anyone can say that the loss of suggs or the new OL is meaningless? maybe it was just a mistake vote or they didnt understand the question but i'd love to hear that person give us his thoughts?
