    Steelers -7.5
    Pats -14!!!

I think the Jags D will hold us in check but that offense is terrible! I see a 24-10 Steelers win

Pretty amazing spread on the Steelers. I was wondering if it would be a -4.5.

    Do you have the over/under?

    I've seen it. OVR/UNDR 41...

That makes a wild forecast of 24-17, Steelers

To cover you need to score touchdowns. With Joe Haden back and everyone but Ryan out there, I think it's high time this defense delivered.
    No cover.

As far as New England goes, let's wait and see...Mariota might be able to generate some offense.

Well if the Jaguars play offense like they did vs the Bills and only score 10 points, I like the Steelers chances.

Titans offense should be able to score vs. Patriots D. Titans have the same problem the Steelers do on D... nobody to cover Gronkowski. Steelers are in dire need of a Kam Chancellor-type safety in the draft.

    Agree.

Many in the forum thought Wilcox could be an answer. Hitting him at the LOS (WATT / Moats) could help too...

I'd take Brian Allen and tell him his job is Gronk. No other responsibilities just glue yourself to him. He runs make him fight through you. Ball in the air make him fight for it.He catches it you throw him down . Allen may be raw and not have the strength Gronk does but he has the wingspan and height to make Brady have to throw lasers. Just fustrated the heck out of him.

If Mariotta can throw 4 TD's to himself, I think the Titans got a chance.

But there would be flags coming from everywhere unlike the hit yesterday and Goodell will be running on the field to see if he is alright...

Did you see that one sack on Newton yesterday? The one where he spun away from one sack and as he is trying to right himself another Saint comes in and just levels him. Just a beautiful football play.

I would not bet the Steeler game, that 1/2 point is scary. As for the Titans, I have no doubt who will win that game, I just want to see that bum under center get slammed into a few times.

I have trouble watching the patriots. Glad it's the night game. I'll lay in bed and get up around 12 and hope a miracle has happened.

    At bookmaker.eu it's still Pitt-7

Notable: 80% of current bets pick the Steelers to win and cover:

They have the safety to cover him, he has 87 tackles and 8 interceptions on the season, question is what linebacker will lebeau use to double team him???

Or a Eric Berry type safety in the draft.

Allen isn't physical enough, I don't think it will be him.

Yeah i was thinking more of a size match-up height and reach, I think you'd need a hybrid safety/LB to match physicality but then you are giving up something along the way. with Allen too he won't have habits that need to be broken like looking into the backfield to see if it is a run. Just make it crystal clear he never is more than a foot from Gronk at all times. Apparently this aggravates Robbie and makes him testy, could take up real estate in his head.

If there was another Eric Berry, I'm totally in for trading up...
