Bias is way to blatant

Anyone here ever watch a movie when referee calls in a game are so biased you think that’s ridiculous, nothing like that could happen in real life ?


Well the NFL is supposed to be real life, and for us fans it is a recreation release, we are what pays the NFL, all 32 teams, Bills fans were robbed of there enjoyment, so were the Texans, Jets, and Steelers, the bias has became so bad at this point, there is no need to ever argue with steeler fans on this board that defend it.


Personally if the the Patriots get to home games and go to the Superbowl this year, and hold, push, interfere, along with every overturned call going there way, until the big game.


I will for the first time in my life will not watch the superbowl this season and I will quit watching the NFL from now on, just as I quit watching the wwf for the same reason.

I finally gave up on NFL. It's turned in to a joke. The blatant bias towards Brady is ridiculous. I actually like Brady, a great QB, but it's absurd when you can't watch the NFL play fair. Reminds me of Jordan and the new Jordan Rules in the NBA. Both lost me as a fan.

 

The talk out there of trying to revive the XFL seems stupid and the first version was a joke, but they actually had a couple decent players. The way this is starting to go, a league that plays old school football could work it’s way into a following. The **** we see in the pros and in college is almost in tolerable. Imagine a league that accepts players out of HS I know it seems unlikely but a lot of people said that in the 60’s the the AFL merged. The are micro- managing the sport out of existence.

 

instant replay is completely useless, what is the point in using instant replay to get a call right, when instant replay gets it wrong more than the real time official does ? it is nothing more than a manipulative tool with no real value

 

Keep in mind folks the owners are fine with all of this. They keep approving it after all.

 

owners can be satisfied with all of this til the cows come home, but when enough loyal lifetime fans regards there show as another wwf , and trhey finally get hit in the pocketbook, only then will the billionaires address how they have allowed there product to go to ****

 

I still think we're far away from that point.

 

I believe the rule will be changed, all for the betterment of the game.

 

Read this book about how little it would actually take for a few individuals to affect the outcome of the various games. It's not out of the realm of possibilities that a few of the refs have some bias for or against some players or teams. The Fix Is In: The Showbiz Manipulations of the NFL, MLB, NBA, NHL and NASCAR

Think about the holds in that game winning drive that went uncalled. Refs get caught up in the moments as well.

I had a personal conversation with a well known boxing referee who had refereed many of Roy Jones' fights. (granted this was over 20 years ago) He told me that it was hard sometimes to not appreciate what he was watching in the ring.
