Good chance with Foster in concussion protocol that B.J. Finney will start Monday.
Our two best rushing performances this season have come when Finney has started,

I prefer finney over Foster... On ability, not as a line communicator like Foster is.

I'm guessing Foster will play. I don't think it is a disaster if Finney is in there, but based on the interview I saw with Foster from yesterday, I think he's going to be cleared.

I'm also assuming we're going to see a heavy dose of Bell Monday no matter who starts at guard. He's going to have to step up even more with Brown out at least for now and no Connor to spell him in the backfield.

Does anyone know if Watson has be activated to replace Conner.
I am fine with Finney I like that he plays with some edge, but we look thin at RB.

They signed Ridley and kept Watson on the practice squad.

I think this is Fosters last year in the Black and Gold. Finney has shown he is more than ready.

I think Foster plays the rest of his contract then says adios in '19. Steelers won't release him before that imo, especially if Pouncey hangs them up with Ben. They'll want that stability on the o-line.

I've always been a fan of Finney. So him starting for Foster doesn't concern me much.

Finney has yet to disappoint when called upon. He has yet to disappoint me overall.

He was a Ringmintom Trophy Finalist in 2015. To me, he was easily our best UFDA acquisitions.

Just wish J.J. Watt were available. That would truly showcase how far Finney has come.

I like your attitude regarding this, but not sure I'd like the end result.

Foster is inactive for today's game. Those of you who wanted Finney get your wish. Those of you who thought Feiler should have been cut instead of Harrison, please note that Feiler is the only active guard on the bench today. I know Hubbard can play there in a pinch, but he's been starting much of the season at tackle, so he probably hasn't gotten much work there.

I like Finney. He'll do fine today if Foster can't go.

Good, because as I just posted, Foster is inactive.

My biggest concern is communication on the line. There is a reason Foster stands up, then gets back in his stance. I don't think they do that with Finney, and less communication is not a good thing, especially on the road.
