I’m only 26 personally, and I remember the day I became a fan was the same day I hated the patriots.

2001 AFC Championship. I was absolutely crushed when Kordell threw that game sealing interception. This is why this last loss was so hard on me. I’ve never wanted anything more than to get payback on the patriots once and for all. For that to be taken away from me on a bad call that cost us the #1 seed is absolutely crushing.

Another game I remember is 34-34 Falcons vs Steelers. WHY couldn’t he get in!!!!

I loved Cowher for the short time i got to live him, it was almost artistic the way people saw him on the sideline. The only other person that came close was Chuckie (Gruden). You could just see the anger!

Tomlin is more calm, cool, and collect. Even after that interception I have no idea how he didn’t lose it. Even in the post game interview, how does he not lose it. You could see he was absolutely pissed but damn he’s got some composure.

Belichick on the other hand looked shocked. His answer to the call was “Well uhhh, you saw the ball move sooo, yea.” His team got beat. They actually got beat.

Say what you will about Tomlin...Everyone has their own opinion..I've been critical of him at times over the years as well..I do think he is a good coach in this era of football...With that said after watching the final several minutes of his press conference and hearing him speak of shazier being in the stadium...Speaking from his heart ...Gained some more respect for the man...Tomlin is not without flaws..As Steelers fans I do think we are a little spoiled/lucky with the coaching we've had for 45+ years......Look around this league..We could have WAY worse coaching...

    O'donnell was serviceable, short-lived though.

Another Tomlin appreaciation/criticism thread I see.

Best part is that I did not even have to make it this time like I did last season.

People on this board who have known me since joining already know what side of the fence I am on. Furthermore, those people also know what it will take for me to sour on Tomlin as well.

Haley though? That is a discussion for another day.
