Was just going to post the same thing. I like this signing. Thought he did very well with Denver as well. Surprised they went with an unfamiliar face but this guy can still get it done.

Yeah, but...he does know the playbook and the protections....

He's definitely a better pass protection guy for Ben...

During a recent appearance on Good Morning Football, he made it clear that he wasn't going to play for peanuts. I wonder if he priced himself out of consideration? By the way, did anyone else see that show? He acted like a real a-hole to the hosts who hadn't played football or who had only played in college... I doubt we'll ever see him on that show again.

    Good Morning Football :lolol:

Best just hope that the workhorse doesn't go down. Still don't know the admiration with Toussaint except for a special teamer.

Lets see what he brings, he won't be getting many snaps. Hopefully he doesn't quit on the team like blunt...

    6'0" 210 vs 6'6" 265

You're seriously underestimating gronkowski and overestimating Wilcox

People definitely got on him about his comments, but he is right. Every year you hear rookies talking about the biggest adjustments from college to NFL. One of the first things out of their mouth is the speed of the game. You can be the best player on your college team, but in the NFL pretty much every player is as good or better than you. You've got a panel of 4 or 5 people trying to talk intelligently about the NFL, but 50% of them might as well be reading a script. I'll take the opinion of someone with firsthand knowledge over a washed up jock that can talk or a pretty face.

We do not have a DB to meet your standards to cover his majesty. We don’t have a defensive player as tall as him other than McCullers, and he isn’t covering him. The Chiefs shut him down with Eric Berry, who is similar in size (6’0” 210) to Wilcox. So according to you’re logic we should just give up cause he’s bigger than us? Wilcox is known as a physical player who is aggressive. It’s something to explore as well as Bryan Allen. Allen is 6’3” and ran a 4.4, he is just very raw.

Maybe that's why McCullers hasn't been active all year? Maybe he's on a strict weight loss regimen and has switched positions to CB. The Steelers are just waiting to unveil him in the rematch.

Berry and Wilcox aren’t anywhere near the same player. Berry is a 5 time pro bowler and Wilcox is a replacement level player at best. You might want to think about comparing apples to apples for a change.

Eric Berry and jj Wilcox both played in the south so they can both do the same thing.

The only player to put on baby huey is TJ Watt, he matches up in size and speed and tj is used to battling 300 pound tackles and guards so huey wont be no problem for him, hope butler learned his damn lesson, put a guy like TJ on him a strong big tj wont have any problem handling this clown, this better be the matchup if there is a next time.....

Have Harrison clobber him right off the line, if that engagement lasts 2-3 seconds, its a win

But TJ would win on those jump balls, we have already seen how high tj can jump and gro wont push him out of the way on the snap that's just a fact......

You want a rookie olb that drops into zone coverage to play man to man against a first ballot hof te? I’m just going to pretend you meant to use a green font.

Yeah, but if you double-team him with Davis that's over 12 feet and 400+ pounds! That ought to do it!

No I was as serious as cancer, grinkie has never had a linebacker watts size cover him, it's the logical matchup, and after 14 games watt isnt a rookie any more...........
